Also, this new Stand is erm, quite, unusual in its desires and behavior.....to say the least!!!
And last but not least, can we just appreciate how badly Anasui wanted to have his own K-Drama moment with Jolyne lol!!!! I have no clue where this is going but this one set off my brain like crazy!! Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH

That's what I'm thinking, there's something deeper than even his memory of her that's ingrained in him as her dad. Maybe because SP is technically a reflection of his soul?? Hahahah good to know Anasui's actions really represent the gender :P Omg this is totally a reference to plants vs. zombies! OMG Jyamato vibes for sure! Ohhhh yeah I remember that Stand, Black Sabbath right? This is the opposite for sure. Thanks for clarifying the names! Yeah I put that together about FF, just later on (next ep I think). OMG Jolyne and Anasui getting married and raising Plant Jonathan is totally how this series needs to end!!! Yeah I mean what really threw me is the star, but you're right, it's gotta have something to do with Dio. LOL this was totally Araki's answer to that challenge and wow did he deliver!!! Stopppppp not the pun hahaha!!!

Like finding answers to new questions isn’t even what I’m focused on. I’m just trying to process all I’ve just seen right now 🤯

2024-03-12 08:48:09 +0000 UTCWell, when she’s breaking down in tears at the start of the episode and breaking down in laughter by the end of it, Sage to say this particular episode is… all over the place? First, the situation with Jotaro basically confirms what I thought - without a memory, he’s a husk - but apparently it’s more serious because without retention of what makes him “him,” his body is slowly decaying as a result of his lack of a will to either live, or do anything? Which makes it that much more confusing when the whole Stand reaction created the blood writing on both of them - I know there’s a “connection” between parents and children - but that doesn’t really explain this. Maybe it’s just what remained of his instinct? Either way, Jolyne seems to have finally come to understand the truth of the matter. Annasui over here is taking a new spin on a time honored tradition that’s a regular for guys and how they think - “hey, I need to get the girl I like to look in my direction, can you arrange it so I have an opening?” - Yes, we DO think like that… maybe not quite to that level of extremes though. Too bad he got “fooled” by the bone snatcher huh? 😂 I picked up pretty fast he was turning into a plant so is this a take on plants vs zombies? Also if you touch the bone you turn into a plant, what, are we doing another Jyamoto arc from Geats or something? Also the trope of staying out if the Sunlight might be a reverse of the Stand earlier that you had to avoid the shade with? By the way “Helmet Guy” is DNG. Im unclear what happened to Guccio after the trio escaped though. Also DNG’s Stand - the title said Ya-Ya Ma which I’m pretty sure is a reference to probably the most famous cellist in the world, Yo-Yo Ma - which makes sense since we’re clearly getting strung along. FF didn’t go with the others because they’re looking for Yo-Yo Ma’s User. Speaking of the Stand, I thought I knew what a glutton for punishment was before but hoo boy… also what the heck happened to FF, I did see the stand eat a frog…. Was there anything else? Oh right… The plant is a baby… well that’s - oh great, you know Jolyne is going to have to get married now that there’s a unexpected child on the way. I mean it was Jonathan’s body but DIO’s sorcery so are we growing another Dio? You know, I get the feeling Araki got challenged here and someone asked him how much weirdness can you put in one episode? And that’s without even mentioning that Jolyne’s got Annasui’s Stand groping through her again… I better stop, this comment really has me… LICKED. :P

Given how this was written before the impulse to get more "serious" became more prevalent it makes sense. I don't think it's a bad thing either, more of a case by case thing. People still get nostalgic for it and often turn to soaps to get their fix.

Omg I was just gonna say I know that Speedwagon said he was born evil but.....I'm 1000% willing to take in this baby!!! If it's a Joestar, I'm good. If it's Dio, I really believe he'd be ok with a more loving environment! Sorry Speedwagon :P

OMG Killer Queen should never be adorable but I have to admit....sometimes I find him kinda cute (mostly in fanart where he's acting like a kitty haha). In the show he's pretty freaky looking though XD That reminds me, I need to wear the Killer Queen cat hat I made in my next reaction!!!!!

I mean... who doesn't love babies... right? Right? No baby ever did nothing wrong the whole series, right? ;) (shoves aside Kakyoin and Polnareff who are about to protest stuff about no babies doing anything wrong). pft. XD XD (shoves aside Speedwagon who's saying that Dio was born evil, too). pftt. Then again, who knows if it's a dio? or smth else? 'm not telling.
