Hey everyone! Here I am with Jojo Part 6, episode 18!! Wow guys, who knew a little bad luck could go such a long way?! F.F. had such a great idea with the mirror trick, and I was shocked (no pun intended lol) that they didn't get to use it before the whole electric chair incident....but ohhhh the last minute swerve is a beautiful thing! Major shout out to the dragon here, who I felt was definitely the most charismatic between itself and its user. But wow guys, Anasui's last minute save for Jolyne was pretty amazing! The springy legs though.....LOL!!! This got wacky really fast!!! 2 more to go!!! Oh yeah, and JOTARO :O I hate seeing him all hooked up like that, but I'm glad he's alive!!!! I just wanna hug him 💔 Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH

It's a very recent thing. I know I won't see it, just like I won't see phantom blood movie from A.D. 2007 in full, but. Muuuuusiiiical!!! Eeeee!!! Pft, sorry. 😆 but I can't help it. OMG it's totally like Qrow's Semblance!!!! Good call! Ohhhhh that's why he sounded familiar, no kidding! HAHAHAHAHA I mean I was totally thinking the same thing....like sir, at least buy a girl a meal first :P Not saying it's advisable at all, I'm pretty sure I already confessed that there's something wrong with me for having this attraction :P Ohhhh good call about the way the arc is counted! Right, I'm glad he's alive....I'm just sad to see him in this state! OMG I know, that is kinda weird about the death penalty right? I know, I'm having a blast with it, I'm just already missing it lol. You know how it is when you find a show that's just in your soul!!!!

I'm so happy you heard me mention the dub!!! I love Johnny Yong Bosch, I actually first knew him as the black ranger, but I know he's done tons of voice work too! Ohhhhhh you know what's funny about Diver Down? I immediately said it reminded me of Crazy Diamond, I guess I wasn't too far off! I guess between him and FF, that's a lot of healing! OMGGGGG I knew his voice sounded familiar and to be honest, it was really reminding me of Hisoka!!!! Ahhhh I don't know how I feel about thinking it's hot now hahaha!!! I saw that Alicia started watching HxH, I need to check out her reactions!!!! I'm not surprised she adopted my babies hehehe!!! ^_^

2024-03-05 12:14:09 +0000 UTCI forgot to mention this in the last reaction but the degrees and minutes is in fact coordinate directions - it’s the kind of thing airlines and boats use to navigate their heading. For example, if you’re going directly north your heading is 0 degrees, 0 minutes, 0 seconds. If you’re looking due south it’s facing 180 degrees 0 minutes 0 seconds. Since you’re in NY, you are facing my approximate direction if you look 270 degrees or so. The dragon did say outright in the last episode it doesn’t take sides - but there’s something that just sounds exasperated. Like it’s (OMG!) yare yare with Kenzou. Or maybe it just wants to be entertained? You know, the sheer amount of ridiculous that happened between F.F.’s head and the electric chair sequence got me thinking of Qrow’s Semblance. Just me? But this even topped that. Good thing that Kenzou’s trump card… couldn’t… hold… water? By the way I pinpointed why Kenzou sounded familiar - it’s the same VA as Sverkel from Vinland Saga (speaking of speaking English when they aren’t really lol.) Also look I know you’re all goo goo eyes for Anasui over here but can we point out he put something inside Jolyne and didn’t even ask her out to dinner first? This doesn’t seem like behavior that should be um… mimicked? Anyway we are now actually at the halfway point of part 2 of this arc (it ends at episode 24.) Remember they’re all counted the same on Netflix but it’s really three different cours. As for the end scene with Jotaro, they’re probably just showing you how they’re keeping him alive for the moment. One last thing - anyone gonna follow up on why Kenzou was still alive if the death penalty is allowed? That’s a clue guys! 👀 (Also you say this every time you get close to finishing a show but you know you’ll find something - or WE will. I’m as hooked on the one that won anime of the year as you are to this, for example. So stop worrying about when it’s over and enjoy the ride. 😉)

2024-03-04 21:42:35 +0000 UTCHey Melissa, today you've reached the Stand Fight, which I can't stand (no pun intended) at all and am very reluctant to watch again. And I'm certainly not the only one who thinks so, because the Dragon Stream Fight is the least favorite fight in the entire Jojo series. Which is unbelievable, because almost everything about Jojo is really great. But as you know, there are also things that Araki isn't so good at. And unfortunately, this fight is one of them. When this first came out in the manga, it was considered the worst stand fight in the series since adapting feng shui into manga panels made the ability VERY confusing. The anime didn't do a very good job of explaining exactly how Dragon's Dream works either. But with the help of some explanatory videos and theories, you can actually understand how this stand works. Dragon's Dream seems very complicated at first, but it can be summed up in "it tells you to do this, so you do it and it works" except it isn't as easy as to see the future in Oingo's Tohth, or Diavolo's Epitaph. One comment I saw described the ability like this: There are cringe zones and based zones, Dragon's Dream shows them. Attack from your based zone and stay in your enemies cringe zone. For me, this is the best explanation of exactly what Dragon Dreams does. The best thing about the episodes was firstly the cool fuck you moves Jolyne did. Your theory of why she knows all the moves and that she knows Italian because of Giorno doesn't quite make sense, unfortunaly. I think she knows it through Jotaro because he's half Italian too and he learned it from Suzi and that's why it was passed on to Jolyne. Another highlight was of course the first interaction between our dream couple Anasui and Jolyne. Her first reaction to Anasui was pretty funny and typical of her character. I also found it really interesting that Anasui actually remained neutral in the fight the whole time. But then immediately destroyed his opponent when he only touched Jolyne. That actually speaks a lot for him and his love for our Jojo. And since I hate that Stand user, I thought how Anasui defeated him was pretty fitting too. It was very satisfying to see his legs get destroyed, although it was also a bit gross. I also wanted to thank you again for remembering Emporio's birthday. Even if it was just a note at the beginning of the video. And finally, I would like to briefly address your new Jojo theory. I find it very exciting. It could really create its own story that really makes sense. There really should be more fan novels about Shizuka and Emporio's lives. I think that will make for a pretty interesting story. For now, it's time for some fanart.

Dragon's Dream is the name of the company of Roger Dean, an artist known for having designed numerous album covers, notably for Yes. Little info about the dub of Jojo Phantom Blood, Jonathan is voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch, who plays Ichigo Kurosaki the hero of Bleach, but also well known for being the second black ranger, Adam Park. Roles that he will have until the Power Rangers Turbo period (green ranger at that time) and that he will resume on certain occasions where his character reappears. Now that you've seen a little more about Diver Down, he can disassemble and reassemble bodies, so in a sense, we have a possible second healer. Between him and F.F, that's why I said we didn't have a healer in the literal sense of the term this season. Edit : Oh it just clicked for me, since I didn't search for it, but AliciaXLife is now reacting to Hunter X Hunter (and she already adopted your boys too), but you know one thing they have in common ? Both have some crazy killer with pinkish hair, obsessed by the main protagonist and voiced by Daisuke Namikawa. Yep, Anasui and Hisoka have the same voice ^^'.

2024-03-04 17:11:27 +0000 UTCIt’s funny, in a number of ways I’ve always felt the best age to experience JoJo at is around 14-17 years old. In a sense I try to put myself in that headspace when watching. I’m pretty sure the way you feel about Anasui is a similar thing.
