Hey everyone! Here I am with Jojo Part 5, episode 34!! WHOA!!!! You guys, just when I thought it couldn't get any more bizarre.....here we are!!! It's body swap time!!!! The stuff with Trish and Mista was HILARIOUS!!!! Poor Mista, I don't care if he's stinky, I still love him ^_^
Also, Polnareff's a turtle now!!! I'd go on about how incredibly bonkers that is, but I'm just so glad he's alive!!!!!! So something has happened to Chariot, and I've gotta say, the new look is working for me! I can't wait to see where this is all going! Great ep! Can't wait for more! Enjoy! ~ MH

I know!!!!! That was hilarious! I felt so bad for them both haha. The VAs here were just incredible, they did such a good job I was barely taken out of the story because of the different voices!!! Same here - it took me a second to even realize they were the same voices!!! Hahah that's so true, we actually get to see Giorno being silly, animated and talkative!!! (Well, his body anyway!) I'm happy he's not dead but the turtle thing is definitely, well, bizarre :P Ohhhh that's true, maybe he will live a long time!!! Turtles live for a super long time!!! Awww I can't wait to see the fanart! You know how I feel about Mista ;) But I can definitely see how folks would wanna see them together after this! I'll go ahead and make a separate comment for the fanart, yay!!!

And I just can't quit it!!! :O OMG for real, we didn't even talk about what the heck was going on in that theme interlude! OHHHH you're so right about the name, there's actually lots of significance between Dio's and Diavolo's names! I highly recommend perusing the comments section here to learn more, as others have stated it better than I can! OMGGGGG it's totally Face Off :O You know what?! Giorno's VA is totally having some Yuri moments here too isn't he!!! Good call! I know, I think both Mista and Trish are, erm, suffering some rather strange adjustments here lol. Hahaha I mean I don't know about called out, but I was protective of my poor stinky mans in that moment :P OMG seriously, there's so much going on here that I didn't even get to the Stands being out of control! Oh yeah Polnareff is a turtle now haha, can't forget that! HAHAHAHAH ok I was saving this for my next reaction but I totally had the thought that a turtle could be Polnareffland's mascot if they ever build one :P Yeah, there's a lot more to that whole Diavolo/body/soul thing, I'm sad I didn't think of it right away! LOL no Baby Stands!!!! Kakyoin would roll over in his grave :P Hahahahaha dude you have no idea how close I was to tapping out at the end of this batch :P Onto the next one!!!

Hahahah based on his shenanigans from Part 3, it actually makes total sense that something like this would happen to him :/ For real, it drives me crazy not knowing what Jotaro knows of this situation!!! I really hope they connect at some point for lots of reasons, but at the very least so that Jotaro can have some closure on this. Silver Chariot!!! :((( I know, it's a whole new form now. I loved Chariot too. Remember how cute baby Chariot was in that one ep?!?! :'(((( I know, at least Bruno is out of his dying body I guess!!!

I seriously wanna know if Jotaro even knows where’s he was at before all this but you’re most likely right that he probably lost touch and thinks he’s dead. Grr so close yet so far away. I really want Giorno to know of Jotaro and make that connection. 😤 And it’s a two for one. Not only Polnareff but we have to say bye to Silver Chariot as well. It’s taken a new form and life of its own. Again Polnareff would be the one to change the world all cause he couldn’t reach a difficult stop. But I’m glad Bruno is at least in Diavlo!

I had an interesting thought that made me crack up a little: I’m starting to wonder if this series needs to be classified as an abusive relationship - this show hurts you emotionally, or breaks your brain, and yet you keep coming back to it so it can do it more every week... hey that’s the only explanation I have for this behavior! 🤷♂️ 😂 So first thing… I’ve noticed the past couple of episodes that the first part of the intro when they show Bruno his skin starts to redden when it unzips… also, hey we didn’t even talk about that OMINOUS interlude mid intro theme… Okay, I’m just gonna put this out here… something’s been nagging at me for a while… it’s Diavolo’s name. Rather… now I’m wondering if it’s just a trick of the eyes or there’s something here: take out the AVOL. I thought about this when you mentioned a certain someone. I thought Freaky Friday was crazy enough, but no, we’ve gotten even wackier! What we have here is a Face/Off scenario - which is something I understand actors get a real kick out of. The original voice in this case, creates the persona, but now it has to be mimicked. You mentioned Narancia’s VA playing Giorno = Midiroya from MHA, but did you stop to think that Giorno’s VA playing Narancia gives out a version of Yuri from Spy x Family? 😂 Goes both ways. Of course the real comedy is Mista and Trish because we didn’t just swap bodies, we swapped genders. Guys are pretty sensitive if something’s off anywhere in their physical form, so imagine how Mista’s taking this right now. Also, can’t say that the majority of male population has any idea what dressing as a girl is like… so of course Mista’s completely weirded out by it. Do you feel somewhat called out by how repulsed Trish is at being Mista? I feel like that was specifically aimed at you… XD Oh, and we didn’t even touch on the super powered Stands, a side effect of the arrow’s power? Maybe that’ll come back. Oh and Polnareff is a turtle… right… Polnareff is a talking turtle… if we can somehow undo this properly, maybe he can be the show’s mascot? 👀 I dunno, just spitballing here…. Bruno is in Diavolo… so Diavolo is in Bruno’s body? But Trish/Mista didn’t sense him… unless she can’t do it unless she’s in her own body because that’s the connection to him? As far as growing Polnareff a new body, we could just make him a baby… wait… no, I think that’s already an option that’s been explored… I feel like this is the episode where they bring out the strait jackets for everyone and take us all off to the asylum… I’m tapping out! 😂

2024-01-09 00:04:10 +0000 UTCThe body swap in this episode is one of the funniest scenes in all of JoJo. Mista's and Trish's reaction to each other is so funny to watch. And also how Trish reacts to how Mista's smells and looks is just super hilarious. I also think the voice actors' work definitely deserves praise. At first I didn't really realize that they were still the same voices of the characters, just adapted to the new character that was in the body. I also think it's really cool to see how the characters' facial expressions change. For example, you don't see Giorno smiling much throughout the whole part, he's actually always very serious and always very calculating. With Narancia in his body, you see him really laughing for the first time, being cheerful, and here he finally looks like a 15-year-old boy. It's a very nice detail. The fact that Polnareff is now a turtle was also very unexpected for me. But it's better than being completely dead. But it's still totally funny and ridiculous with Polnareff. So the cool swordsman is the turtle. A talking turtle . Well, maybe he can live till he is 100 years old as the turtle. This was also the episode where I started shipping Trish and Mista. I had seen some fanart before this, but didn't know exactly what to do with it. But after this episode I knew, okay, I'll support the ship.
