Hey everyone! Here I am with Jojo Part 5, episode 30!! OMG you guys, I've known Ciocolatta for all of 5 minutes and I can already tell you that I'm grossed out haha. I did however really love watching Mista and Giorno combine their powers, OMG!!! What a great team they make!!! And you guys, we finally have confirmation on the Bruno situation :(((( It's about what I'd guessed, but yeah, he's already gone! Giorno just breathed a bit more life into him. I'm gonna be so sad when he goes! But first, we need to see this through and dang is this new duo making it tough. They are really living up to the "bizarre" nature that this show promises lol! Great ep! Can't wait for more! Enjoy! ~ MH

I should know better by now than to wish for people not to die :O HAHAHAHAHAHA omg I came so close to mentioning that this was like me and my dog lol!!!! Way to take puppy snuggles and just turn them into something disturbing Araki :O Actually the Frankenstein metaphor really works. Oh ok, I couldn't quite tell what Trish was getting at there. Also yeah it kinda sounded like Narancia might be implying that, but I feel like that's way off lol. Oh well, they're both young and stressed and just trying to figure out the world! Oh that's a great way to sum up what's going on with Bruno actually. Deadline, you just had to do it didn't you lol!!! I hear you though. It actually works in our favor for this fight though, like you said. That was so awesome what Giorno and Mista did! HAHAHAHA whoooaaaaaa that song has a whole new meaning now doesn't it lol!?!?!?!

I loved getting the origins of the arrow! Oh thank you for being so considerate about the mystery helper! I watched all 4 in one day so I know but yeah!! I hate Cioccolatta so much, he's so evil! His disgusting actions, his Stand, etc. HAHAHAHHA I came so close to saying "omg this is me and my dog" but they're so creepy I'm glad I didn't!!! Lol!!! Oh that's totally fine! I can't wait to see it, I'm absolutely dying to see what you chose!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

That is so amazingly symbolic with the names!!! I love it. Diavolo really is the anti-Dio, and he's fighting Dio's kid, go figure. (Whose name means Day, so yeah!!) You know these characters are gonna be bad when the main villain says they're too much for him! Green Day and Oasis, yay I heard right! Someone mentioned in the other comments that they were the ones who tortured/killed Sorbet and Gelato :((((((((( Ick!!!!!!!

2024-01-02 12:11:11 +0000 UTCHad a bit of a time to carve out this afternoon to finish up with this batch… First of all, you never want any of your main characters to die, you’re spoiled that way. :P But you know very well what happens when you tell a show not to touch someone… As a matter of fact… I feel like the whole Ciccolatta / Secco thing is kinda calling you out. (Thought bubble wipe to Araki: “I hear Melissa likes to give her dog snuggles and talk cute to him… how I can I make that feel like a violation?” My impression is that Secco is, for all intensive purposes, a pet. He’s probably a result of one of Ciccolatta’s experiments and he’s just kinda like you know, the Igor to his Frankenstein. I think Trish just noticed Bruno was being a lot more “objective focused” than usual? Guys really don’t stop to ask other guys what’s wrong unless something is clearly off as a general rule, which is what Narancia is saying. Is he implying he thinks Trish might be into Bruno? She seems a bit taken aback by this idea - so there’s a lot of misinterpretation going around. I actually did pick up when Bruno fell off the edge to get Secco that didn’t seem right, but obviously it got confirmed as the episode went on. So here’s my analogy, Bruno’s kind of like a cell phone because of the life force battery Giorno gave him in Venice. The plug was pulled, and he’s still running on a battery charge until it runs out. It seems like he’s realized it’s getting low, which also explains why he’s so focused on getting the mission done. He’s still him, he’s just running out of power, and time. It’s like having to meet a (sorry for the word)… deadline. But apparently, our newest villain duo is too busy killing the entire city of Rome - it’s actually a good thing Buciaratti is in this state, because I don’t think you could match Green Day otherwise. Seems Giorno was able to alter Mista’s bullets to spawn roots - Giorno was actually guiding Mista’s sim, and Mista thought he missed, but he really was intending to hit the top of the building to get a hold of the helicopter. Just to show you just how twisted and crossed my brain can be, as we were wrapping up this episode, I started thinking of the following song lyrics when talking about Giorno’s current predicament… 🎶 We don’t talk about Bruno, no, no… 🎶 🎶 We don’t talk about Bruno… 🎶 If that number shows up in the next episode, I swear… 😅

I'm so glad I can finally use Diavolo's name in my comments because sometimes it was really hard for me to refer to him as the boss. I could already do it in our conversations, but I wasn't allowed to do it in my comments until now. I think it's super exciting that we've finally found out about the Stand Arrow and its origins, because I never thought we'd get an origin story. But I'm pleasantly surprised that Araki included it. The fact that the arrows are made of the same material as the meteor with the virus in it really opens up a whole new set of questions that I had, but that will be answered a bit more as we go along. In the later episodes you'll find out what Diavolo has to do with the whole thing, because he also plays a big part in it. I don't want to say too much about the mysterious person who is helping our crew. I know you already know who it is. But since I don't want to spoil it for anyone else who hasn't seen the episode yet, I won't go into it until tomorrow. Cioccolatta and Secco really are one of the most disgusting antagonists we've had so far. Cioccolatta´s backstory was really almost creepy. I hate everything about him. His looks, his stand and his behavior towards other people. His relationship with Secco is also extremely questionable. I had a funny thought that maybe sometimes you treat Buffy the same way Cioccolatta treated Secco. 🤭🤣 I hope it's okay if I don't post the fanart until tomorrow, since I've picked out a lot of it that has to do with the context of next episode and sort of concludes an arc.

2024-01-01 16:19:50 +0000 UTCHi Hime :) Having a Nendoroid of Ceasar when the story takes place in Italy and heads towards the coloseum of Rome as well as Polnareff, for obvious reasons, was good ^^ Now that we can say his name, I come back to the Dio/Diavolo opposition, one means gods and the other devil in Italian. One seeks to conquer time to become its master, the other tries to erase it. One tries to be worshiped as a god, to be a being at the head of the world shining over everyone, the other tries to reign over everyone in the shadows by never revealing who he is. Anyway, what I want to say is that for me, Diavolo is in a way an anti-Dio. Secco and Cioccolata are totally disturbed, even Diavolo hesitates to ask them to act because they disgust him, that means something. But at least they're... entertaining to follow when they interact with each other. That's it, it's Green Day and Oasis for the names of the stands. I don't know if it's specified in the anime, but Cioccolata is the one who cut up Sorbet in front of Gelato (who choked with his gag when he saw that), now that you've met him, it makes sense that 'a person like him is capable of that.

That's such a great point about the capsules too, it could be really similar to the Rat battle (still one of my faves haha, for the sock scene alone :P)! OMG for real!!! Like when the main villain is like "this guy is too much even for me" what even does that say about a person LOL!

They said his virus's weakness was Sunlight, and other kind of lights... So I wonder if they'd have him team up with someone or not. Hell, if it doesn't take too long for Purple Haze to regenerate capsules, I could see it being a sniper sort of stand battle like with RAT. ...The guy they got to replace Fugo (so the gang has someone to fight with) tho? You KNOW he's bad when even the narrator of the show calls you a dirtbag. xD
