Hey everyone! Here I am with Jojo Part 5, episode 29!! WOW!!! Is it possible we actually have an ally here?! That would be really nice considering all we're up against! (Also you guys....it didn't phase me as much in this reaction but afterwards I started getting a little suspicious about that SDC interlude in the monologue...!!) It was amazing to get some background on the origins of the arrow, wow! It really got me thinking about the first Stands, something I'll talk about later. So I think the point is here, we're getting an UPGRADE in the near future, woohoo!!! I've been predicting that since Black Sabbath!!! Also, can we agree that the toy phone scene was everything haha!!!

Hahaha I reserved the whole day just for Jojo this day, but fortunately Buffy was off playing with friends so we didn't have to worry about her getting bored!! I totally get what you're saying about the manga! I probably would not react to the anime if I read the manga next, since I agree that first-time reactions are preferable. Maybe I'd just do a review instead :) But at this rate, the anime hasn't even been announced to be in production, and many think it may not be adapted at all.....so I'm just not sure if I can afford to wait or miss out! Hahaha yeah I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to gifts, a quick Google Shopping search of JJBA does the trick :P I started thinking about who it was talking through the PC in the next ep, but still kinda kept it to myself until the reveal lol. OMG hahaha it totally is like that other series isn't it?? Oh that's such a great point about Stands, if the meteor hit in 1978, it explains why people didn't have Stands in Parts 1 and 2! When the main villain is repulsed, you KNOW something is wrong haha. Ahhhhh I swear Araki did this just to freak me out!!! Dude I question ALL THE TIME why this show is as comforting to me as it is when it's sooooooooooooo wrong all the time hahaha!! Yeah Diavolo must be real desperate if he's sending these two. OMG what is it with him and hands haha. OMG!!!!!! I can't believe I didn't think of the Caesar thing, or that it might be a Zeppeli in general, since we're in Italy hahaha!!! That's such a good idea :D Hahahah in my defense, no one is as bad as Ciocolatta, not even Kira :P

So true that Part 3 was our first part with Stands too, good call. YESSS isn't that awesome that we get Arrow lore? Hahahahah I mean Kira's not sounding quite as bad right now am I right??? :P Oh Ciocolatta is the freaking worst. Seriously, kids, elders and animals should just be off limits! Like I'm not saying what Kira did was right but comparatively....yeah this feels worse lol.

Also it was great to see some form of the crusaders again. We’re on 5 now and it’s nice to still have inklings of the predecessors, especially the first crew that worked stands. Finally something about the arrow! Can’t wait for more details on that. “Kira was a lover not a fighter?” It’s so weird how true that is. 😯 This chocolato guy might be worse. He’s just revolting down to the stem. Everything he does is sick. At least with Kira’s method there was love behind it 🫨 But messing with the elder? Uh uh. He has to away now.

2024-01-02 09:57:54 +0000 UTCSo not so fun fact about Ciacolatta and Secco. You remember Sorbet and Gelato the two members of the hitman team who were killed when they tried to go against the boss. Sorbet being the one who was chopped into 36 pieces while still alive. Yeah Ciacolatta and Seco were responsible for that.(At least they were in the anime) Ciacolatta was doing the cutting and Secco was recording.

2024-01-02 05:57:47 +0000 UTCI have to wonder what your dog thinks of you spending so much time in the “isolation ward” at a time - because at the rate you film this particular series that had to have been over four hours, plus whatever else you did ahead of it. XD Oh, quick sidebar: you thought about going ahead with manga content after getting fully caught up - as an anime person, I’d prefer not to - just from the fact I have seen other reactors trying to “react” to content when they already know what is coming, and in just about every instance it kind of ruined the show as far as their content for it went. A big part of the appeal for your videos is that you don’t know what’s coming until it pops up, and I’d hate to see you lose that, especially since you obviously are infatuated with this series in particular. That’s my two cents on the matter. I’m uh, guessing, you weren’t too hard to shop for this year from the haul. XD Regarding the episode itself, the big question is who’s talking through the PC? And what is their relationship to Diavolo? Trish seems to be able to sense her father’s presence, just as well as he can - (this sounds a lot like a dad joke from another series I just tweeted to you…) The meteorite being spoken about is the source of Stands, but they said that quality didn’t start manifesting itself until after 1978 - which kind of explains why we didn’t see any Stand usage in P1 or P2. But the arrows were made centuries ago (multiple!) from the meteorite’s materials… I guess the process is kind of similar to natural selection - but remember Kira’s dad couldn’t throw the arrow at just anyone, the arrow sensed and told him who to target. Ciccolatta is a pretty bad individual - in fact, he’s so full of it that even Diavolo is repulsed by him. That probably should tell you all you need to know. (Alternate universe: Araki hears Melissa is extremely adverse to medical stuff - immediately creates a character who wakes people up during needless surgery so they feel everything and see everything while being taken apart.) … you’ve said on several occasions this show is a happy place for you, right? 😅 Diavolo said he didn’t want the two he sent to do anything other than hinder the crew’s progress, so it’s kind of like these are the guys you only let out in the most dire of circumstances because of just how bad they are, even for their own side. Also mold tearing open skin? Yeah, thanks for the offer, but I’ll have to pass. Oh, look there goes Narancia’s fingers, Araki has shown off his aversion to hands again. I know you’ve seen the next three but blind theory: the voice in the PC is Caesar’s ghost repackaged as an AI (we ARE in Italy.) Hey, if you can get away with crazy thoughts… PS: Folks, we’re not six hours into 2024, and she’s painting Kira as “not such a bad guy,” this is gonna be an interesting year. 😅

In 1978, a mineral excavation team uncovered an unknown virus within the rocks of the surrounding area and determined that it had been lying dormant inside the meteorite.
