Hey everyone! Here I am with season 2, episode 1 of Camp Camp!!! Oh wow you guys, they went there AGAIN and gave us another ep where I feel bad laughing at what's going on lol!!! So yeah, David's sorta-twin turned out to be, well, not exactly like David after all....!!! I love that even someone as sweet as David feels the heat of competition when it comes to his camp counseling skills lol. The guitar and violin play-off was pretty special lol!!! Who else is up for seeing what Jen's all about??? Great ep, enjoy! ~ MH

Uggghhhh yes the fourth wall got shattered in that scene didn't it haha. WHOA, I don't even know what I'd do if I met evil me!!!! LOL!!!!! Omg it's totally like if Chopper started being nice! I really wanna see evil Gwen now too haha. I'll pass on the kool aid, thanks :P

2023-12-27 09:40:19 +0000 UTCWhile I get your reasoning, if you only try once every season, that’s only gonna give you four times to get it right - you won’t have the luxury of flubbing the song and then knowing what to fix. So I’d urge you to reconsider. The more you do it, the faster you’ll learn it. :) I view this episode as one of those anime tropes where a character finds a sibling who was separated at birth, and was led down a dark path… But this is Camp Camp, so darkness is pretty much a given. If you have any doubts just look at the way Neil called out Dolph on screen and broke the fourth wall. You always try to look on the bright side of characters and give them the benefit of the doubt, what WOULD you do if you met your evil doppelgänger? 😂 Of course, David’s ignorance is a smidge more extreme… so extreme, in fact that Max had to “purify” himself, because that’s the one thing that would tell David something isn’t right. “Max doesn’t love anything!!!” It kind of reminds me of a episode of Rebels where everybody thought things were normal - and then they found out Chopper was being (gasp) NICE. As for replacing Daniel with Gwen, welll, that’s a story for another day… in the meantime, it probably would behoove the kids to stop fiddling around… By the way, there’s plenty of kool aid left for any who are interested… 👀

What a combo. :3 Good thinking on Max brainwashing himself hoping that David would finally get it. That this was all wrong. Love that David knows Max so well. That was so awesome.
