Remember when Marshall in HIMYM series dressed as pirate with makeup similar to Rowan's in this video? Everyone who Marshall asked what is is this year went like "Gay pirate, obviously." This was my first thought seeing Rowan, except he's not a pirate and i'm clueless on what he is.
