What would you like to see in 2021?

I will 100% finish Girls and Bridle even if my 138 patrons riot. It is one of my favorite stories ever. I re-read it so many times and I love it. It's funny, the characters are super interesting and there is a solid storyline. I even have an idea for a spin-off. :D

The draft was for 10$+ tiers ;) ... it was special. But yeah... that one is in production, but I didn't plan to use it soon. It's such a fun one, I don't want to mess it up. ;)

Well, I have to catch up on your stories, as I'm way behind, first. But I think you should finish "Girls And Bridle" I don't know, if it's a good idea to not plan an end to a story. Perhaps it would be better to do at least spin-of stories, maybe I don't know really... ;)

I like a lot of what you write, and I've ticked my boxes in your poll. It made me happy to see so many requests for mermaid 😍, but I understand your problem with a continuation, so we'll see :). (Maybe the beach vacation, or a special party, or Fox&Spice ;)) The crossover you did was perfect, but it's good to be cautious, although I did like some of the ideas mentioned above. I would like to specially mention the draft 'Women will...' from just before Christmas for the $5 tier, I hope that one picks up well!

Kitty REALLY wants to go to the animal café... I'm not sure how Syr is going to prevent her to. ;) There are so many options to approach cross-overs, but it's always a big risk. For many patrons, their favorite stories are very precious, and it would make me feel so bad to get comments like "you ruined the story for me." I also miss Alex the blind girl. She was so fun to write. Aaaah, I don't know what to do! Too many possibilities. ;)

Mermaid was fun. I'm not sure another chapter of Noemi swimming around would be entertaining, though. Short term is a no, but I never know when I'll get a brilliant idea for a future story. :)

yes, you are right about Dive. I will continue it for a while longer, and if it doesn't pick up, I will switch it for something else. Dive is a story I like a lot, I don't want to ditch it. Fox & Spice world, at least in my head, is not the same world as feliformia and animal cafe. The Sun and Fox & Spice take place in a big metropolis like New York. I'm sure I could explore some of the ideas you listed, though. You are also right that crossovers are tricky on so many levels. The only reason why I did one between animal cafe and feliformia was because it was perfect natural match. It would be tricky to go farther than this.

Alex was blind, Clara had a speech disorder (pretty much fixed now)... I'm not too sure what disability I could use. I wouldn't like to reuse the same thing. But one thing I know is that I had LOVED to put myself in the shoes of a blind girl. It was, no pun intended, an eye opener.

I've been thinking about a story around those lines in the past... perhaps not a pure crossover per see, but borrowing little things here and there from other stories. I like the idea. The downside with crossovers is that it is not all readers who like both Animal Café and feliformia... So it's a little slipery.

So many good options to vote for. I especially like nonames idea of using the fox & spicy setting for spin-offs or cross-overs If you ever plan on doing some. The original fox & spicy series has to remain seperated though in my opinion, just use the setting as a familiar ambience. As for other stories to be continued I'm really interested in dive - there are just so many options to continue the story. The one-off stories are actually really refreshing to read in between the longer stories. I wouldn't mind a sequel of one of them (especially mermaid) if you ever run out of other stories to write about. Or you could use characters from one-offs in cross-overs with the main series. This way we still get to enjoy cross-over action and inside jokes yet you don't have to mix up 2 longer stories which many don't seem to fancy. I guess a Mermaid wouldn't quite fit the animal cafe - except if there would be an aquarium - but you get the idea. On a more serious note, the characters wouldn't have to be special to fit into the story like Kitty in animal cafe. They don't necessarily have to participate in the plot of the story. Just them being mentioned and being part of the crowd can work just fine for some inside joke or a little nostalgica.

I disagree (somewhat) with the request for crossovers as it risks some characters overshadowing others, crossovers can likewise be detrimental to character/story development. If you absolutely must then (optional) spin-offs might be beter as it creates a more equal setting without forcing the main stories to divert to allow crossovers to happen. An exception to this might be Fox & Spice as it is primarily a place. Its setting could allow for different stories depending on the crossover. (or as a spin-off series with different guest each story) e.g. - Another setting for the Feliformia crew to get into 'trouble' - A place were the pets might not stand out and not be the center of attention for a change, or a place for Clara to continue to develop more people skills. - Mermaid ended before the characters went on a date, were might they go? - Fox & Spice can also work with new separate stories or (further) develop its own cast. etc Dive will be the wildcard of next year. I doubt it will be a high scorer in this poll as it was designed to start slow, with only one chapter out and with only the 5$ and up tier having read it and potentially voting for it. With a VR world that is potentially limitless it does have a lot of potential, but it will need some more chapters to judge it. New series are always welcome though i do not have any specific requests.

I like that Feliformia and Animal Café is happening in same city leading to posible crossovers between those characters. I would not mind maybe a 3rd serie in same town connecting to the other 2 in some way. Maybe some girl who visited the Café and start get curious and want to try it at home leading to visiting Syr to buy a suit.
