Update Patreon and VivaPlus 2/8/24

Hello Patreon Community!

What a wild week it’s been for both us! We’re thrilled by the amazing feedback and reception of VivaPlus so far. Your support and enthusiasm mean the world to us as we embark on this exciting new chapter. Here’s some new updates and also the same important information you may find helpful in relation to Patreon and VivaPlus.

For Annual Members:

If you have multiple months remaining on your Patreon annual subscription and want to switch to VivaPlus, we can transfer those months over to a new annual plan on VivaPlus. This transfer discounts the monetary value of your remaining months off your new VivaPlus plan, up to the value of 1 year of VivaPlus membership. Note that we cannot cancel your Patreon subscription for you, so you’ll need to manage that separately however you will still have access to both Patreon and VivaPlus during these discounted months. To start the transfer process, please email us at info@vivaplus.tv with your Patreon email and the VivaPlus tier you’d like. Please wait to create your VivaPlus account until you receive your transfer code, as we cannot apply discount codes retroactively. This offer cannot be combined with other offers, and the deadline for transferring is September 1st.

For Monthly Members:

If you’re on a monthly Patreon plan and want to switch to VivaPlus, use the code NICEMONTH at checkout to get one free month of VivaPlus at any tier! This code helps avoid double charges if your Patreon renewal is coming up soon. We recommend canceling your Patreon account after using this code.

Note that NICEMONTH is valid only for monthly plans. Discount codes cannot be combined, stacked or used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount codes are only applicable on the VivaPlus desktop website, not the VivaPlus App. They can only be used once per account so please keep the codes and your account information confidential.  Only one code is accepted at checkout - if two or more are entered, the code with the best value is automatically applied.

This code expires on September 1st 2024. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or apply the code retroactively to your account if it’s forgotten at checkout, so be sure to enter it correctly. If you are a new member and you have missed the deadline, email us at info@vivaplus.tv for an alternative free month code.

What’s New with VivaPlus:

VivaPlus offers much more than Patreon, with fantastic new features and more planned for the future. While we do plan to phase out our Patreon page eventually, it will remain active for the time being to fulfil those long-term perks. We encourage you to transition to VivaPlus to enjoy its expanded content and features.

App Update:

As of August 2, 2024, our VivaPlus app for Apple is still awaiting approval from third parties. We apologise for the delay and will update you as soon as it’s available for download.

However, it is now available in the Android store! Search for Viva+ TV in the Google Play store to download. Please keep in mind Google Play and Apple add on a 30% fee to transactions made through the app, so we still recommend signing up for your tier on vivaplus.tv to avoid this cost.
