Hey everyone! Here's my reaction and review of Clone Wars 5x09! Well, this is just where I like my Hondo stories - where he has to reluctantly be a "good guy" for a few minutes!!! His interactions with the younglings were surprisingly but undeniably pretty sweet! And it makes total sense to have Dooku come in for his revenge haha. What an awesome arc this has been!!! It's let us explore the younglings and their growth, see Hondo in like every light imaginable, and it's been a ton of fun! Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH

Ahhhhhh no D': True though! That's a good point about Ahsoka! And lol gotta love Hondo!!! He's so fun to watch and surprisingly layered I guess!

2022-06-06 12:47:56 +0000 UTCYeah all the younglings are Jedi, until Ani comes a-callin' ;) We can see Ahsoka's proficiency more as a duellist here. In the early episodes where she tries to tackle Grievous, she is heavily outmatched, though held her own at that age; here not so much, she's able to match him fairly well. Hondo has a soft spot for the Jedi, he's an old romantic deep down.

2022-05-29 18:34:42 +0000 UTCSo now that the arc is over, the season premiere actually takes place after this arc. When Obi Wan was talking to Hondo in that episode, Hondo very briefly mentions Grievous attacking.
