Physiotherapy update
Added 2024-07-03 21:21:33 +0000 UTCHey sharkies, this month July will be the last of my physiotherapy. For the record, in June I've done myself pretty well with most of the exercises albeit a few were really difficult to attempt, I still tried for the most part. Though, truthfully I have been feeling that slump in the past few days. I'm looking to find a new technique for my art in hopes to get myself out of this slump and stop further procrastinating.
But for the most part I'm so far happy with my physiotherapy progress and I will keep at it ( it really helping strengthening my shoulder and neck mobility). I hope to return back to doing what I love most. And I'm waiting for results of the MRI scan as well.
Also I just want to say that I’m really sorry for being this forgetful with sharing the update here.
Thank you for sticking with me during this sort of hiatus if you may call it I’m having. <3
