Hey everyone! Here's my next reaction to MHA! Oh my gosh, Bakugo was KING in this ep!!! Wow!!! It was awesome to see him so fired up about working with others - and when you think about it, it makes sense that he has a lot of respect for the folks in his class now (despite the, erm, affectionate, nicknames haha). I mean, they KILLED it out there!!! 4-0 and like 3 minutes!!!!! What a spectacle! The other team was good, but they made a good point that being flexible in plans is essential in battle. Next up is the one I've been dying to see!!!!

Oh this one really shakes this up doesn't it?! I can't wait for the next match! Ahhh yes the mushroom girl team match was pretty spectacular as well!!! XD

The other match I really liked was the second match with momo, tokoyami and everyone against mushroom girl team :)

Bakugo may have shown off the most here, but you can tell that the whole team has developed a lot. Ahhhh man, I've been dying for Izuku's time in this battle! Hoping for a 2 parter as well!!! XD

2021-05-25 13:28:43 +0000 UTCEven if they where defeated so quickly, they had a very good strategy. But Bakugo was just too strong! Sero was also very quick on analysing Setsunas Lizard Tail Splitter quirk Seing Deku in action again, i am exited for next episode. Mabe it will be a 2 part again

I could totally see the biased commentator teacher having an influence on him too haha. Awwww I would have loved to see that scene with the drums! That definitely helps the line make even more sense! OHHHHHH yes now I remember the weld guy! Yes it's nice to see how he's developed! Thanks for all the info!

People always wants to hang his character earlier in the series over his head but to me the greatest characters are the ones that develop into the great characters they become and this is just him getting started!

2021-05-24 05:04:28 +0000 UTCOh, I almost forgot! Awase, the 'Weld' guy, was with Momo in the training camp when she was almost killed by a Nomu. He saved her life, and when the Nomu was ordered to retreat, he used his 'Weld' quirk to stick her tracking beacon on the Nomu, which let the heroes - and Class A - track down the League of Villains. So I was really happy to see that he's come up with ways to use welding objects to things to make himself a powerful fighter.

2021-05-23 16:07:29 +0000 UTCAlso, there is a short scene in the manga that they cut from last season, where Bakugo wants to show off and do drum solos, and has to hold himself back in order to not mess up the rhythm of his band-mates. This is what Kirishima and Kaminari were referring to - Bakugo having to be part of the band in order to 'win' at music.

2021-05-23 16:04:33 +0000 UTCSo a character I really like, even though he has not been shown off much so far, is the short gray-haired boy on Monoma's team - Nirengeki Shoda. He appeared before in the sports festival, having been brainwashed by Shinso to help him pass one of the games, and chose to step down because he didn't feel it was honorable for him to pass the game if he wasn't in control of his mind. He also referred to himself as 'powerful' in that speech. The contrast being this, short, stocky, mild-mannered boy and his self-confidence and code of honor made him one of the Class b kids I was most looking forward to learning about. As for the two girls, we have seen in small scenes in the training camp arc and the cultural festival that they are quiet and kind of shy, but this is going to be their first real screentime. As for Monoma, his willingness to praise Bakugo and even admit that him being a team player is ultimately a good thing surprised me. And his speech about main characters and supporting characters is interesting. No one in this show is just a gag character, and we are finally starting to see some of how Monoma's classmates put up with him. And maybe he is being encouraged by his teacher?
