Minor update: my cold isn’t as bad but I had some moments of sudden brain fog in the afternoon. So I decided to take a nap, long one. My head so far seems steady but I noticed slight headaches that go and come back. I have been keeping up with my fluids so idk whats causing it.
I'll keep you guys updated for any further improvements though.
