Star Wars: The Clone Wars 2x13 "Voyage of Temptation" reaction & review

Hey everyone!  Here's my reaction and review of Clone Wars 2x13!  Ohhhhhh boy looks like I was right on the money about this whole deal with Satine and Obi-Wan!!!  Their back and forth is great, and even their profession of love was so sweet.....but what really did it for me this ep was Anakin's reaction to EVERYTHING!!!!!  I already knew it, but this ep just solidifies that Anakin is absolutely the man and the all-time best.  Really enjoying this Mandalore saga and can't wait to see more!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

Sorry about the audio! I can redo it and re-export it for sure, and in the future I'll be more careful with the levels! I think using the earbuds has thrown me off my audio game because the audio used to be so much louder with both the screengrab audio and the audio that played in the background of my reactions. You're so welcome and thank you! Hahaha true about the romantic statement, we know that Obi-Wan has the market cornered on sass! Very true that Obi-Wan never gave up his feelings, but made the right decision according to his oath, yet still didn't let those remaining feelings cloud his judgment. HAHAHAHAHAHA the sand people story.....!!!!!!!! I would love some what if stories/episodes!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing your thoughts!!

that was the first video where i had the feeling the sound of the video was to low. You have a strong voice that over shadowed the episode. I dont know if you can increase it a bit, if not, it would help a if there was a timer, so we can synch up our versions better. Regardless thanks for the reaction. The "sounds romantic", and Obi Wans look at anakin was for me the "sarcasm is my thing, Anakin" That episode showed why Obi Wan is one of the best Jedi for me. He made a choice, and stuck to it. Not like Anakin who secretly has a wife, and later childred. Obi Wan did let go of his attachmed to her, but still was protective of her because of the past. That didnt hinder his judgement to fullfill his duty to protect the senetors and find the traitor. "Who will strike first, and brand them self a cold blooded killer?" Anakin - "Let me tell you a story about some sand people" The show never lets you forget what will happen. A "What If" Episode, or several, would be nice to see.

Yes, I agree! It's an interesting question to pose for self-reflection, and I think you're right that it's a tough call what any one of us would do in that situation. Definitely easy to see how "seductive" the dark side can be though - definitely the quicker route that feels better in the short term! Good thoughts :D

I think that one of the best things about the Mandalore stories, is the juxtaposition of how Anakin & Obi Wan, manage the challenges of being a Jedi. The question of whether a person can handle disappointment & loss like the rest of us without being corrupted by the power to bend the world to their own will; is really interesting. I can't say for sure how I would handle it...whether I would make choices more similar to Anakin or Obi Wan, but I err on the side of humility. It would be really hard to give up romantic love & remain dispassionate to personal loss. It's easy to see why people fall to the dark side; it's, "Quicker, easier, more seductive.", as Yoda says:)
