Hey everyone! Here's my reaction and review of Episode Blue! This one was really fun, well done, and LEGIT SAD at parts!!! Everyone, if you're lucky enough to still have your grandma(s) in your life, please go give them a call!!! :'( It was really nice to get to know Kotaro and Teddy better in this one. I really like Kotaro, and it feels like he's a real part of our crew even though he didn't show up until after the main series was over! The parallels between their situation and the girl/grandma's just made the whole thing even more poignant and heartbreaking. I have to say, considering Teddy was not one of our main Imagin from the show, I honestly thought that was it for him at the end!!!! :O Kudos to this whole creative team, cast and crew for getting me so invested so quickly! One more ep to go, then the OOO movie....our Den-O Days have almost come to an end, can you believe it?! Enjoy!!! ~ MH

Me too!! I'm surprised they were able to do this much character development, but it is a shame we didn't have him on the show! Hahahaha well she did have an awful lot of swag! She definitely stands out amongst the other Imagin we've met! Oh my lord, it was fun but I mean DANG was it a tearjerker!!! For real, Teddy's death scene was intense! How can Den-O be so heartbreaking and so whacky at the same time?!?! I agree, so glad we got Episode Blue! Hmmm....guess we'll find out in Episode Yellow about Cho-Climax Form!!!!!!!!!!!! :D Thanks for sharing your thoughts!!

2020-10-01 12:50:45 +0000 UTCAhhhh yes!!!! You've waited so long!!!! Ah yes, that would be why all the Imagin were turning into weapons!!! Makes sense! Ooohh that would be interesting if New Den-O had been a prototype they were planning to use on the show!! :O New Den-O is pretty awesome! It is really cool that they built up the powers even more - seeing them as weapons was awesome! Ahh yes they totally should have with Deneb also! Guess they figured we've already seen similar with Red Zeronos maybe? Good point about Vega Form last movie!!!! Ahhh don't lose hope, they still love getting Den-O into movies wherever they can from what I hear lol, so maybe you'll see more abilities from New Den-O someday?? :D

2020-10-01 12:43:52 +0000 UTCThese final Den O days have been messing up our tear ducts. They're trying to get as much as they can out of us with these tear jerkers.

2020-10-01 05:29:37 +0000 UTCHonestly I'm really, REALLY glad the Cho Den-O movies went in the direction that they did. Kotaro and Teddy are always fun to have around, and they do a surprisingly good job pushing his character development forward when they can... but he arrived much too late for the TV show. We never got to see him just messing around with the crew or getting into shenanigans because normal Kamen Rider movie plots just don't have room for those kind of scenes outside a few seconds, *maybe*. This movie is the closest we're ever going to get to that, because if it was any closer then Kotaro would HAVE to be in the TV show. xD Not going to lie though, after the beginning chase scene I'll admit that Mantis has got that SWAG down. I want that imagin on MY Denliner crew! ...though she'd probably end up as the Black Cat of the group. xD A kind of shady ally that you work incredibly well worth, but they WILL inevitably backstab you without a second thought once the payout is worth it. ...I can't believe I forgot how much of a tearjerker of a movie this was, IN MY MIND I HAD THIS MOVIE REGISTERED AS A " *FUN* LITTLE ADVENTURE"! ;___; Like look at Teddy's 'Death' scene and how they twist the knife in how gut wrenchingly sad the scene is by making it seem like he'll disappear gracefully before POOF. Instant pile of sand! IT JUST WOULDN'T BE DEN-O IF IT DIDN'T GET SO HEART-BREAKINGLY SAD. ; n; ....However that's the sign that Den-O's writing is still on point if they can us to not only care about some schmuck and his schmuck Imagin that were only introduced in the movies, but the characters from a Kamen Rider show that ended like 3 or 4 years ago at that point in time. o: I know I didn't have a need for something like Episode Blue after Den-O FINAL... but boy am I glad we got it. Not to mention Double Action Strike Form is a pretty damn good song, though it's a shame it didn't play during the final fight. Will Den-O *actually* turn into his Cho-Climax Form in Episode Yellow? xD I suppose we'll find out soon.

2020-10-01 03:41:51 +0000 UTCCan I finish talking about new Den-O?! I'VE BEEN WAITING TO STOP TALKING ABOUT NEW DEN-O THE MOMENT I'VE STARTED TALKING ABOUT HIM. xD I mean nothing wrong with Kotaro or Teddy, it's just that I had to wait three movies to fully talk about him. I'll talk about this movie in another post, however I just wanted to separate this from that post. Strike Form's gimmick is that it turns Imagins into weapons! Now this might be pure speculation, so take with a handful of salt: I've said before on here that I've heard people say that New Den-O's design was one of Liner form's prototype designs that they decided to use for New Den-O. I wonder if Liner Form's intended gimmick was to turn Ryotaro's Imagins into weapons(as we've seen with *Zeronos* in his red form and Deneb), but then they just settled for only the Liner Form Sword instead. ...But I'm just speculating, so I could be talking out of my butt for all I know. xD Let's talk about what we actually do see on screen though: This film pretty much cemented New Den-O as my favorite Den-O Rider in terms of the suit and it's abilities. Already he starts out with a strong design and a fun little gimmick with Teddy turning into his Sword, and honestly that's all he needed considering how late he came into the series. However I didn't expect them to expand on his powers as they did. Like giving him the ability to turn ANY ally Imagin into his weapon? Hell yeah I want to see see how the Den-Liner Imagins would look like as weapons! BRING DENEB INTO THE MIX TOO! This is interesting enough if Strike form was New Den-O's only gimmick, however don't forget... he DID transform into Vega Form last movie too! Transformations into other forms aren't off the table for him! It makes me want to see everything this suit can do! ....Too bad there no new forms, and there's only going to be ONE new Imagin weapon after this. T_T
