Hey everyone! Here's my reaction to episode 9 of Vinland Saga! I have to say, I really enjoyed Thorkell in this one! I know he's technically working against the ones we're technically rooting for here, but how can you not love his style just a little?! Thorfinn is still willing to do whatever it takes to get that rematch, including going head to head with Thorkell! To think that Askeladd has enough power over him to just send him after Thorkell like that....he's really got him right where he wants him. :( Thorfinn gets in a few good shots, but ultimately doesn't stand a chance and has to retreat. Thorkell's utter disappointment at having the battle of the bridge end so quickly is pretty funny! Also, they couldn't have waited a few minutes for poor Thorfinn?!?! I hate how he's treated by the Vikings sometimes!!! Now we get to know Prince Canute a bit better....guess we'll see what that's all about soon! Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH

First i thought it would be a woman, because of the wings on the Helmet and the long blond hair. But i guess its the son of the King of Denmark as we saw now. Maybe Thorfin finally learns what his Father wanted to tell him all along.
