RWBY 1x11 "Jaunedice" and 1x12 "Jaunedice, Part 2" reaction & review

Wooooowww.....you know this show was all jokes and room decorating and cuteness and ep or two ago? Well, they are proving now that while they know how to have fun on this show, we are not going to shy away from things like bullying and even racism! Okay first off, WHAT IS CARDIN'S PROBLEM?! I know I made the crack about pushing him off the ledge lol, but everyone has a story, and I'd be really curious to know why he's like this. I was not loving him bullying Jaune, but WATCHING HIM PULL THE GIRL'S EARS SENT ME OVER THE EDGE! Also, speaking of Jaune, we get a pretty massive revelation about him in this one!
I was wondering why he didn't seem....well, as Ruby put it....like he didn't do very well in fights??? Then again, we know he does have a lot of aura, so I'm sure he still has lots of potential! But wow, this is huge news!!! Can't wait to see what happens next Enjoy! ~ MH

Well that's true, the ear-pulling really went beyond teasing, that's way worse!!! I think you're right, Jaune has a very twisted perspective on strength here, which I have a feeling he'll learn a big lesson about in the near future!

Might be even more that bullying, i would categorize pulling ears, especially with someone probably sensitiv ears, as physically assault. Jaune has a very...wrong view what it means to be strong. He should not focus on himself that much.

And also a great point that if he does have all this potential, he really might need to be at this school to use it. But I get not being able to necessarily justify getting in that way! The world definitely needs a Jaune though!!!!!! Aw no worries, I remember you saying that during the A Silent Voice reaction, and honestly, being in adult in situations where we should speak up is hard enough, but being in that situation as a teen is even harder! I know from experience too that sometimes that feeling of guilt for not standing up for someone is exactly what drives you to do it when put in that situation again later on. Learning/growing from mistakes is a good thing! :) Oh man, I was kinda nervous that Cardin was maybe just a bully with no further explanation! >.< Honestly, I've gotten so used to anime now where they give everyone a tragic backstory lol, I was just kinda waiting for it this time. I hope the rabbit girl doesn't get teased regularly too! :( Seeing him pull on her ears just made me burn with rage!!!! >.< Bullying is the worst!

Although between his lineage history, bullying, questioning his worth and self doubt, I wanna cut him some slack. And maybe if he has such potential he may need that school to let whatever he has unfold. Cause I know that was just him lashing out over being the odd man out. That world needs a Jaune. Also I can’t stand Cardin. I talked about not speaking up and following what others do on the A Silent Voice movie reaction. I may lose credibility saying that, cause I was one at a certain point just going along with everyone. Forgive me. 😞🙏🏻 But that Cardin’s just a down right bully. No reason behind it as far as I know. He just seems like the kind to diminish ppl for the hell of it. I hope the rabbit eared girl gets to say she doesn’t get teased or whatever on a regular basis. That it’s just that jerk butthole. Just to make me feel better, I’d feel bad if that was the case. Ugh I just hate bullying.
