Question about Den-O Movie!

Hey everyone!  I finished filming Den-O last week (sniff!!!) and will be filming reactions to a few of the movies before we move on to a new toku series (questions about that are coming, stay tuned)!  My question for you today is, how do you feel about me watching the Den-O / Kiva team-up?  I understand that it's split into three parts, sort of; do you prefer I skip the Kiva-centric part until after I've maybe seen Kiva (if it wins a poll in the future)?  Or is it okay with you guys for me to watch the whole thing?  I've seen Zi-O, so I already know a tiny bit about Kiva anyway.  (I also feel like I saw the first ep or two of Kiva way back in the day, so I'm not going in totally blind if I do end up watching it).  Just a thought!  Thanks for your help!  ~ MH

Question about Den-O Movie!

I'd say the Super Den-O trilogy is worth checking out, but I'd understand if you want to check it out on your own or for the patreon at a later point in time. That'd be adding yet another 3 movies that you can't really post reactions of on youtube, other than just the discussion.. xD

Thanks so much for your help, everyone! What I'm getting from all your feedback is that while there may be some details about Kiva shown, which I may already know just from watching Zi-O, it's mostly a Den-O movie and doesn't involve Kiva all that much anyway! I'm going to go ahead and watch it! In case anyone is wondering, I plan on watching 3 Den-O movies (this one included), the music video lol, and then I'll rewatch *that* scene from Heisei Generations Forever!!!! <3333 Thanks again!

The gif looks the ending of a super sentai episode

I say watch it, it’s a fun movie where the whole team has to solve the problem in a whole other way. And also we see some characters act differently and I think it’s interesting. I say go for it

I’ve just rewatched the whole movie and I say it’s perfectly fine to watch the whole thing. The only potential thing you might be surprised about is what Kiva uses to take out gigantic monsters. That’s quite literally about it. This movie is more of a Den-O movie FEATURING Kiva, barely.

It's fine to watch the Den-O/Kiva crossover, because it's not exactly like the other Team-Up movies we've got since Kamen Rider Decade. To be honest and frank, this is not a cross-over movie. It's a Den-O movie, featuring cameos from the Kamen Rider Kiva series(And....an actor from Kamen Rider Decade?!). I don't think they really even spoil anything past episode 1 or 2 of Kamen Rider Kiva, like if you've seen Zi-O then it'll be fine. Though if you're considering skipping it, keep in mind this entire movie is filler. Like it's a fun little adventure with more of Ryotaro's actor before he got too busy to show up past FINAL, but it doesn't really add anything to the characters or 'plot'. Though there's definitely one character interaction in there that I *know* you're going to want to see. xD It's definitely okay for you to watch all of this movie, but just think this more as a Den-O movie. ...I just remember being massively disappointed because I was expecting more of a classic Super Sentai team up. xD

I say hold off because its a movie you might get upgraded powers and possible spoilers
