I should have known Kintaros was up to something with the whole New Years wish thing!
When Kai finally makes his move against Airi, of course it's our wonderful Sleepy Bear who jumps in to help Ryotaro so he can go help his sister. I'm 99% sure this isn't the end for him, yet I still just couldn't handle his departure scene!!!!!!! What can I say?! HIS STRENGTH HAS MADE ME CRY!!!!!!!!!!! :'( We're in the endgame now, can't wait to see how the series wraps up! Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH

I totally get it! I was 99% sure he'd be fine too, based on other things I've seen Den-O characters in, but the scene was just so well done! Yeah I was not expecting that from my honorable bear Kintaros!!! He may very well be very crafty when he puts his mind to it....but we'll never know, since he spends most of his time sleeping! ^_^

2020-08-23 12:33:58 +0000 UTCOkay so who cried who teared up at this episode, because I've seen this show before and I STILL teared up hard over Kintaros' departure. XD It was pretty fun to see the scene where Kintaros sneakily forms a contract, because they really don't draw attention to the fact that Kintaros is up to something with how low-key and subtle he's playing it. It almost makes me feel like Kintaros could be just as crafty as Urataros if Kintaros actually put more effort into trying out schemes like that.
