An older series which is similar to Attack on Titan, in terms of war & political intrigue is, Legend of the Galactic Heroes. Also, someone mentioned it already but, Toward the Terra, is amazing:)

I saw Death Parade in some earlier comments and I totally support that suggestion! Great show over all, nice art and animation, interesting characters and quite a bit of food for thought in there. For a second recommendation I'll go with Seirei no Moribito (or Guardian of the Spirit). Older but not quite an "oldie" (it came out in 2006, I think) but it was overlooked during its original runtime and it's really quite underrated (in my opinion at least).

Yesss Haikyuu plssss!!! If you want to relax and watch comedy I would suggest Grand Blue and Kaguya-sama. For action anime Demon Slayer and Fire force is really good.

One anime that needs more reactions is Steins;Gate, the greatest of all time, or right up there with a few others. It's got a fun cast of characters, time travel, comedy, drama, an epic story, and great acting by the always amazing Mamoru Miyano, and so much more. From 2018, A Place Further Than the Universe, one of the best from that year.

JoJo 's Bizarre Adventure!!!! My number one suggestion! I would die if this the next reaction series! XD Also, Monster. I think you'd like this one. It's a psychological thriller/mystery mixed in with some horror. Tokyo Ghoul is great! I would suggest continuing with the manga as the anime after season 1 really deviates from the source material....and not in a good way. I would also suggest continuing with Ruroni Kenshin....at least with the first two seasons. The third season is all filler and its all not that great XD. If you enjoy the first two seasons then you should continue with the manga, it's fantastic! :D Another recommendation would be some of the Tenchi Muyo animes.

I have 5 recommendations that are all before 2018 I believe and they are all my favorite anime my top 5 in order. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood my favorite and I think the best anime of all time in my opinion and it has some of the best characters and 1 of the best stories in anime with great animation from the same people who do MHA and MP100, Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan and Kill la Kill both of which are really cancel that anime witt great characters, humor, action and animation, Steins Gate which is a great anime with a really heavy mystery and character development focus and Code Geass that has amazing characters and story with a really good psychological element to it. You can decide how you want to watch all of these but for FMAB, TTGL and CG I would really love if you watched them in Dub because they are some of the best Dubs in anime but make whatever decision you would prefer. The other 2 in my opinion should be watched in Sub. Love your content and I hope you choose some of these for a poll in the future. Keep up the great work. :-) <3

Hunter x Hunter is my pick. My favourite anime, hands down. Lots to dig into; plot, character, and even politics-wise. Plus, I think it only gets better the longer it goes.

I remember Chuunibyou, by the end of the first season I was so mad at Rikka's family (even the sister)... I mean, I know Japan isn't big on mental health but... I won't say more because spoilers but I'm getting mad again just remembering it. It also had quite a few cute and funny moments (they make most of the series) but it was the drama that stuck with me. That said Chuunibyou is really worth the watch, especially for reactions.

I recommend Gunbuster and Gunbuster 2: DieBuster! Each series is only 6 episodes long, but they are epic stories with amazing character development and increasingly epic giant robot fights. Also, I recommend the first season of Symphogear. Its entire premise could have been a Kamen Rider show, except it's all teenage girls haha. Lots of fighting and drama, it's an amazing and epic sci-fi/magic show.

I recommend Parasyte too.

I will always champion people getting into Haikyuu so I'm 100% on board with that! But another one I'll throw out is Made in Abyss - it's whimsical, dark and gritty, with major Promised Neverland vibes.

I have two: Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai (or Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions) and Charlotte Chuunibyou is about 8-grader delusions while Charlotte is about teenagers with superpowers

I don't know if you've already seen/reacted to FMAB, but it's a classic both as an anime and reaction material. And the less popular opinion, but the original FMA from 2003 is also amazing.

Hunter x Hunter is my vote! Dororo is another good one although that was 2019 I think. Also if you do watch Hunter x Hunter just know it’s very exposition heavy. A lot of people are thrown off by that.

I would really recommend reacting to Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood . One of the best animes out there with a great plot,characters,animation,etc . It can definitely be considered a must-watch. Love your reactions :D

OOOOOOH! I'd love to see you watch Yu Yu Hakusho! It was one of the first anime dubbed by Funimation, so it's a classic. It's a shonen adventure, but it's a lot of fun and features some really good growth in the characters, and a realistic romance.
