Ahhh yes, that's true! LOL such a scene.....how could I have forgotten that Titan?!?! >.< You're right that he might have some influence but doesn't have the absolute power that the Coordinate does. Those eyebrows carry a heavy burden!!!!!!!!!! Poor Smith, I really don't think he's a selfish person, I think he's really just beating himself up right now. Thanks for clearing that up about the scouts, that makes sense! They wouldn't be nearly as strong if they were dealing with mostly new recruits after the veterans were taken out. Thank YOU!!!! I hear you! It's definitely a better payoff this way. That makes total sense about the look of the Titans we've just seen! So in other words, they may have been "regular" Titans for a very long time and don't take on the appearance of an Intelligent Titan, similar to Ymir's situation. Great theory! Another great episode ! About the Coordinate and the Beast titan that seems to have a similar power, remember the first episode of season 2. The control exerced by the beast titan doesn't seems to be absolute. He told the ugly titan, who was holding Mike, to stop, but it still took a bite, and the beast had to pop the head of this little shit. "I thought I told you to stop !" and POP ! And we have a big dive in the psyche of Erwin here ! Damn those eyebrow have a lot on their mind ! The fact that the scouts are not as strong as they were, is mostly because a LOT of veteran died when they were trying to save Eren at the end of season 2 (they said half of the veteran had died). It also go with the fact that Marlo is now with the scouts. They needed new recruits, and fast, so some people of the other branchs joined the scouts (they don't mention that in the anime). Thanks for the reaction ! I. Can't. Wait.

Also, they still have not made it clear if the beast titan can harden manga or otherwise but i assume he must be able to because we saw when the beast titan and Reiner fought about saving annie the armor on his face was smashed so i'm guessing he hardened his hands similar to what eren did.

Seeing Armin in charge in season 1, I feel, wouldn't have been as earned. We've gotten to see him grow as a character, and all of his experiences led him to finally feel somewhat ready to take on that kind of responsibility. My theory on how the all those people can change into Titans, but not be an "intelligent" per say is that it might depend on how long that person is a titan. Ymir, for example, was in titan form for 60 years until she ate Reiner and Bertholdt's comrade. But when she turns into a titan, she doesn't look like an "intelligent" one but still kind of is at the same time. So that might explain why all those people were able to turn into titans at will, but not have the appearance of an "intelligent" titan. I hope my drivel makes sense.... 'cause I feel like it doesn't LOL But an amazing reaction as always! I cannot wait for the next one!!! :D
