Added 2020-04-16 12:12:08 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Here's my reaction to episode 2! This episode shows Emma and Norman putting together the gory details of how this whole farming system must work. It was heartbreaking to watch Emma have to try and keep her cool in front of "Mom" - poor baby!!!
I'd like to give that "Mom" a piece of my mind!!!!!!!! >:( Of course, being another genius, Ray finds out as well. Getting all those kids out without being caught was next to impossible, and that was BEFORE another kid and ANOTHER ADULT were brought on board! Uh oh!!!

I'm a sucker for any prison break or thought provoking shows, so this is right up my alley. I'm already hooked on this, and I love this trio. They are all in there own way very compelling characters with strengths and weaknesses. I'm hoping this wont have the same trope as other similiar shows, like the escape plan is all made and they are ready to go but then the security protocols change and then they are stuck. Its pretty overused at this point and I'm hoping this show will avoid that. Also this show already does this very well that the trio knows that "Mom" knows about some sort of plan and "Mom" knows somebody is planning something. Its all about planning in secrecy and getting the edge. *DEATH NOTE SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T READ OR SEEN* Its the exact reason why I fell in love with Death Note, since L knows pretty early on that Light is Kira and its all about them knowing the truth and just manuvering into position to eliminate the other one.

Cannot imagine this much horror and think of nothing but the terrifying. But she was scared for someone else, that way of thinking just makes someone a gem. Great reaction!

I mean, this and Attack on Titan all seem to be a 'you're not the top of the food chain anymore' which certainly seems to be terrifying for some people. My thoughts on adults when I first watched this, 'Mom' almost looked terrorified when she was looking at Little Bunny at the end of episode one ... are they slaves to the demons? brainwashed perhaps? What happens to them if they don't obey?

Now I wonder if it's really 1945 or maybe 2045 (with the barcode thing...), or just a completely different universe. And now I really want to binge the rest of it, but I will restrain myself :p Thanks for the reaction !
