One-Punch Man 1x01 "The Strongest Man" reaction & review
Added 2020-03-23 12:33:06 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Here's my reaction and review of season 1, episode 1! Wow, what a unique take on the whole shonen/superhero genre! It's not often we see a character who is already the absolute strongest and it's utterly bored and depressed over it! It's a fun and unique perspective! Also, pretty sure that guy at the beginning was a Purple Piccolo, and all the villains were pretty fun to watch! I'm curious about the character who pops up in the end credits, too! Great stuff! Can't wait to see more of this series! Enjoy! ~ MH

In fact in the english version he is voiced by Christopher Sabat who is Piccolo in DB. There is an obscure reference to americans as we didn't have this anime but after vaccine man attacks there is a hero laying on the ground in yellow and orange with a smiley face on his chest. This is making fun of Anpanman, a hero with red bean paste filled bread for a head who would commonly break off a piece and give to children. (Pan translates to bread)

I think previews are pretty safe to watch there is only the title of next episode some character just say some funny thing :D about him/her or something :) great anime.. hmm yes at first you can think this could get pretty boring with main character being pretty much invincible but suprisingly its not.. there are lot of other characters and their struggle with bad guys :) dont want to say more ^^
