Added 2020-03-16 11:07:00 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Here's my reaction and review of "No Regrets" parts 1 and 2. It was really cool to see the backstory of how Levi came to be in the survey corps! I immediately got scared for his friends, and it looks like that fear was justified. :/ I think this OVA helped explain how Levi sees the world, and I found it interesting that he was in a similar situation to Eren's (making the decision to trust his comrades and paying the price) and even got a speech similar to the one he later gave Eren. Sad, but wonderful storytelling! Enjoy! ~ MH

2020-03-16 17:57:01 +0000 UTCI'm pretty positive they feel pain, or at least scream as if they are feeling pain. There's been several times throughout the show in which this happens. Levi's introduction throwing his blades into the titans eyes... Eren crushing the femal titans head... etc.

2020-03-16 17:41:09 +0000 UTCoh great,, i didnt see this either.. wow how could i ?? :D yeah.. those two.. their fate was sealed as soon as we saw them with Levi.. :/ but they could forgive us the head.. :((( do titans feel pain ??.. i think they dont.. also that ''evil'' titan was clearly abberant.. it was their first one too.. :( even we (in present dont know anything about them not alone in the past) as why was so evil ? i dunno.. maybe he just hated humans like Eren hate Titans.. :/ he was pretty flexible and skillful which got me suprised.. Levi excecute was friking awesome though and now i guess we know how can he move like that like a blade tornado :D cause he have one sword backward :o then he just need to spin and wualaa :D still impressing he can go one direction and not puking after he is done.. :D so so sad again.. :(( but i was expecting it so im fine :)

2020-03-16 14:24:16 +0000 UTCthis OVA is always sad and gives you a completely different perspective of levi. it also shows you how he developed his personal philosophy of making a choice with no regrets, with erwin telling him that. with the underground city it was mentioned when they were going to trap annie in that tunnel, armin mentions it being an entrance to it or something. also you are correct levi's last name is a mystery, you do find it out later down the line though so i would be very careful with spoilers as usual and make sure you don't look up anything about him. great reaction and i'm sure you had, no regrets, watching this (heh heh) and as always can't wait for you to get into season 2!!!! i already said this is the other thread but as someone who is careful about spoilers, i don't think the opening will spoil you but if you want to be safe then i guess there's no harm. EDIT: also idk if your comment moderator told you, but everyone is saying to upload twice a week on youtube haha

2020-03-16 12:42:08 +0000 UTCMan I was prepared not to cry, but that song when Isabel was training with them to handle the 3d manuever gear got the waterworks flowing, since I knew exactly how horrible it was all going to go. I also like how well this shows the amount of trust and confidence Levi has in Erwin's leadership and decisions in the present day and where all that came from.

But something I've realized is you might want to skip opening in S2 until certain episodes, because it can spoil pretty major plot points. It happened to me in S3 with its 2nd opening with talking to my manga reading friend and just figuring out context clues in the opening itself. Something I would definetily recommend.
