My Hero Academia "Heroes Rising" Movie Review

I wanted to share my thoughts and impressions of the movie with you - please be warned that this is a SPOILER heavy review, so please go see the movie first if you haven't already! Enjoy! ~ MH

I'd like to second that. and despite the controversy around the english cast atm the english version had a few jokes and such the jap version didn't though watching dbs in subs i got used to the subbed version and like it more for super. I hate the super dub.

2020-03-06 12:06:04 +0000 UTCi'm very jealous HOWEVER i heard it spoils plot points down the line like nine being a product of dr ujiko. (i think) BUT it's so cool if you've never seen a movie like that. The fans make it much more enjoyable. I told you before but dbs broly was absolutely insane.

It was really cool to see it in theaters! The hype from all the fans in the theater was just electric. So many cosplayers, squees, etc. lol!!!

2020-03-05 13:51:06 +0000 UTCThe movie is apparently Horikoshi's original concept for how the story "could have ended". I haven't seen it, but I imagine that would clear up confusion related to characters/events not lining up properly with current manga.

2020-03-05 06:59:03 +0000 UTCWell i just watched the Movie. I liked it until the part where Deku has a Plan with Bakugo, knowing where the manga is, i feared that this was now a non canon movie. But the way they endet it and "explained" it, made me like it a bit more. Still that scene was a heavy blow to my hype. But...it also created a question...or remined me of a idea i had a while back. I cant really talk about it, until season 5. So...yeah. I hope i will remember it so i can tell you about it. Otherwise the Movie was good, it was nice to see all of 1A work as Heroes.

So he use this movie to show what was the original idea for the ending of MHA.m for the fans. I can’t talk about One For All because it will be spoil people that are not up to date or that only follow the anime 😊 Édit : oups Manuel posted before me !

2020-03-04 15:02:50 +0000 UTCYes, I remember!!!! That's why I went back and forth on seeing it or not....but in the end I just couldn't wait!!! Don't worry, I won't remember any character design spoilers by the time they come about in the show haha. I agree that it was nice to see everyone get a moment to shine!! Quite literally in Aoyama's case! :D OMG the song and that whole scene got me so bad!!!! I teared up too!! I'd say my favorite parts were the fun scenes of everyone getting a chance to do something in the beginning, as well as the final battle scene! I definitely got emotional during the song though haha, didn't get to mention it here but also you guys probably know by this point that it's a given that I cried during it hahaha!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!

2020-03-04 14:41:30 +0000 UTCits cool you saw the movie i dont know if you know but we talked you were asking if you should wait to see it just go see it i had recommended you'd wait for the home release but im also exited you saw it my favorite part was everyone had chance to shine one example being aoyama someone you dont get to see fight often just seeing how much effort he was putting in best fight obviously is deku and bakugo fighting together and when they started playing that song from when eri was saved i was like come on your trying to make me cry and then they have deku say goodbye one for all and that was the nail in the coffin for me ive said before its not often an anime makes me cry and this did it three times so what what what were some of your favorite parts and did you get emotional toward the end.
