THE JAYBOOK(TALES OF LUGNOR)

Tales of Lugnor was my first web comic. it was a massive space opera, that told the story of a Galactic rivalry from two sides....Lira, and her Pate Empire...and Teresia Kavorik, and her world Lugnor. It was met to have a lot of stories of the Lugnor system...Lee also was in it...and being a merc, she bounced around doing work for both sides. Before I pulled it, I didnt get the chance to include Lee.I was doing a mini series with Lee called Lugnor Riders...which ALSO was TRASHED on the duck. I mean TRASHED. I had built up a readership. after the review...it effing plummeted. I pulled the comics and went to hide in a hole.

 if you know me from Deviant, you've probably seen the early version of Lugnor Riders on there. Dont know WHY I posted it on deviant, because at that point in my art life I really thought I was through.

 Then I met Jim Dyar. who started giving me lessons in digital art...sometimes ALL night. I dont know why he helped me. He had said he saw I really wanted to post stories. but he gave up a LOT of his personal time to tutor me. Amazing man. I'll always be grateful and thankful Jim did that. he made me n  believe I had some talent, and he kept pushing me, along with some friends, not to give up. ever.

     I later...with great fear...tried again to tell these stories...with Pate Empire...I figured I'd just do Lira's side...and stick it on my website....post it on deviant art and Sexy Amazons...maybe a few folks will read the effer...and folks will hopefully agree my art improved, and will hang around.

  I didnt really expect much to come of Pate Empire...I thought I would friggin end up being laughed at again. and giving up trying to do a space opera. I HAD to try it again...I love the sci-fi genre too much...I wanted to tell these stories. but I thought,...nobody is going to read this. 

   On my website...Pate Empire , for reasons I don't know, because no one ever comments...has become my most read series. I couldnt believe it. now...on Sexy Amazons, it also gotten great hits...on comic fury and deviant...not so much...but it gave me hope again, that I dont suck. so, tales of Lugnor is coming back. 

  Different than before...because it stars my Lee... but also...it will run a story called'' The Royal family''...featuring Queen Kavorik, Lira's main rival...and Lira will pop up  ...and their story ,that I never got to in the original run, can finally play.

 If you read Anfer Death Games...and the Sleeker series..thats how Tales of Lugnor will be....different stories with Lee...Lisa...and the Kavorik Royal family in one big pallooking/ ooking/dooking book. (I cant help it...I just love graphic novels...telling big stories. its what I am.)You'll see as it posts...I plan to post Tales of Lugnor here on my Patreon page. unlike the original Tales of Lugnor run...Pate Empire wont be one of the stories...because it has its own book...but Lira WILL be popping up here...because her story and Queen Kavorik's stories  are related.
