Attack on Titan 1x13 "Primal Desire: The Struggle for Trost, Part 9" reaction & review

I'm using Crunchyroll - I figured they would have the official versions of everything but I guess not because you're the second person to tell me that some of these scenes are unfinished! >.< Are there a lot of unfinished scenes like this throughout the series? I may need to consider switching to something like Hulu if they have AoT. Thanks!

What site are you watching these on? Because you're watching the uncompleted versions of the episodes, meaning the visuals can be unfinished and rather wonky at times. There are sites that have the completed versions of the episodes which are more polished.

I'm usually always a few eps ahead so no harm done, but it's always a good idea to air on the side of caution with spoilers for sure! My filming schedule isn't always exactly the same each week so you never know where I may or may not be at yet! :)

Looks like you watched the version of this episode that wasn't quite finished when it aired. Nothing too important, but it's why that scene with john/annie seemed a little confusing. Annie slams into the jaw of the titan jumping at john, shutting its mouth and crashing it into the ground if i remember correctly.

I'm glad Melissa seems to stagger these uploads, or at least watch one or two episodes ahead. That should cut down on some dumb mistakes; because lately some people have been practically outright spoiling stuff when they think they're just winking and nodding subtly and it's kind of terrible.

Good you realize the two meanings of the key in the show right away (cuz i took sometime) theres a lot of these multiple intepretations in the show, sometimes in the dialogue and others situational; like eren thinkin about to go explore the outsides while he's literally inside the titan's mouth keeping him of being free physically and metaphorically by fear,ignorance; or mikasa's position holding the "small blade" with both hands ready to fight back (though the enemy is bigger, like an adult man or a titan) after eren gave her purpose and saved her (now in titan form) like when they were children. I could go on but would may be spoilers... But if u interest in predicting consider the meaning of very first ep's name and watch eren's dream in details. What I can is those flowers are something (aint spoilers I swear)

in any case we get to see hange act like a maniac and get a fun true story about the two titan's names

A certain character will explain over the next few episodes why it was important to capture living titans. They experiment and gather information. It's probably how they know about the weak spot and digestive system stuff in the first place.

lol, like i said, Pixis was talking out of his ass. Eren was constantly regenerating as he was carrying the boulder as it really was crushing him. As for pain, the Author Hajime Isayama has said they do feel some amount of pain in titan form but not as much. Also, they know what here is to know from just looking at a titan. They knew they have no digestive organs hence the vomit, they know about the weak spot, they know they have no reproductive organs or reason to eat since no digestive tracts. Other than a plot beat i never got why they captured those two.
