Picard 1x01 "Remembrance" reaction & review

Not surprisingly, Patrick Stewart really brought it with the acting, plus we got beautiful Data cameos, and a plot has developed with a twist that is very close to home....!! Great stuff! Enjoy! ~ MH

Oh okay, it might just be on their site, too! Haha yeah tell me about it, Japanese can be tough to learn....the Klingon CDs were fun though, if you got something wrong a Klingon would pop up and start insulting you haha. That's a cool fun fact about Star Trek Online!! But a real shame about the Armada games...pretty sure we had those growing up too lol. Would be nice to be able to play them now!! Oh well.

2020-01-27 12:16:36 +0000 UTCIf its on cbs all access I'm watching it on amazon prime. That's funny about the "learn to speak klingon" i'm having a hard enough time trying to to learn Japanese. There was a time i could tell you what class every star ship was. Fun fact Star trek online was supposed to be canon and they finally named species 8472 the "Undine" there were two great RTS games for pc called Star Trek Armada I and II but the company didn't keep up with them so you can't play them on a modern PC which is a real shame.

We used to have the "Learn to Speak Klingon" CDs so I am no one to talk about being too informed or invested in Star Trek hahaha!! I believe Ready Room is available on CBS' streaming service where Picard is aired; it may even just be available on their website too. Great point about Geinan and Q!!! That was such an awesome setup and we never did get to see too much about it. Whoa, now I didn't even know there was a lot of theoretical tech though!!!! That's pretty awesome!

It always blew my mind how she acted around Q and how Q acted around her, They seemed to really be scared .When being brought to Borg. I'm sorry if i come off as a know it all, let me know. I really hav.e invested a lot of time into the story, lore. games, everything. I don't has as munch info about the J J Abrhams. I've looked into theoretical technology even soooo i'm a nerd.

I guess we will see where it goes from here and I'll be curious to know what you're thinking of it. I'm really happy to hear you like my reaction!!!! Oooh!! Did you hear that Patrick Stewart was on The View promoting the show and invited Whoopi Goldberg to reprise her role as Geinan in the second season?! I hope it comes to fruition!! Also, I too would like some elaboration on the Wesley/Traveler situation. While I'm really glad they took the time to address/wrap up Wesley's story before the series ended, that episode has always felt a little off and rushed in places to me. Guess we will see! P.S. anyone who is not already watching "Ready Room", where Wil Wheaton discusses the events of each episode of Picard, should be!!!!!!!!!! XD

Obviously people remember a better time when the show was about what the future held and that it would be bright and equal for everyone. They became much more action oriented once Gene Roddenberry died. DS9 after i watched it again several years back gave me new enjoyment as it was an interesting take on a war drama. Voyager was interesting because everything was new and unknown since they were in an unexplored quadrant. Discovery and Enterprise have been eh from what. I have seen. I have played a lot of the games which are unplayable on a new machine and seen all the movies so I'm a pretty big fan. Of course it was nice but sad seeing Data and it's interesting seeing what became of the Romulans after the loss of Romulus... I think it may take a few more episodes but yes, your reactions made it more interesting. You know what 2 things i always wanted? 1. Elaboration on Geinan's race and 2. Elaboration on Wesley and the traveler.
