I thought the way they tied it into Sougo's history was kind of clever, and the whole first love thing was pretty fun and adorable! Kitty Sougo, NYAH!! Haha! And who is this mysterious Rider that shows up at the end? Guess we will find out...! Enjoy! ~ KRH

The way they swap scenes from 2019 to 2008 in the episode is reference to Kiva's series which also use this template. Anyway, this episode just reveal that Sougo's new ability to see the past, or else look into someone memory. And, Ginga classified as the future rider since Woz got his power.
