I'm sorry some of the content was a trigger for you.....it drudged up a lot about my own background for me as well so I hear you! :/ You're so right, we get more and more each ep and it feels like there isn't a wasted minute or second on this show. Good point about Maeve's ex! That would make sense considering what we know about Homelander!!

Each episode of this show expands the world so much. As for why Maeve left the girl she talks to in this episode, my thought was, maybe she left her to protect her from what Homelander would do if he found out.
