Also - thanks for all the podcast suggestions via comments and messages! Started one and got a bunch more queued up. With all the driving I do for work, I'm ALWAYS looking for podcasts (but I tend to prefer boring history ones)

Another recommendation: "The Troubles Podcast", which covers the 30+ year conflict in Northern Ireland (where I'm from). If you're interested in some of the stuff that went on here. Goes without saying that a lot of it is rough going, but I thought you'd like to know about the stuff we lived through. They're mostly all bite sized too at about 20 minutes so you'll fly through them. And if you do listen to it and have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask me, either here or on DMs or wherever, I may not have all the answers but I can maybe give some context or background if needed, or at the very least just the perspective of my own lived experience.

2023-01-14 11:48:35 +0000 UTCI’ve listened to both Monster ones - really “great” if you know how I mean. Now that we got through The Coming Storm the podcast app is recommending tons of similar series and I’m bookmarking them all haha. Going to look up the fault line next!
2023-01-10 17:26:25 +0000 UTCThere's a really good podcast on the Iraq War called "The Fault Line: Blair, Bush & Iraq" that I recommend. If you just search for "The Fault Line" it may come up as "The Fault Line: Dying for a Fight", but I assure you the Iraq series is in there. I also recommend "Monster: The Zodiac Killer" and "Atlanta Monster", obviously the material isn't pleasant but they're both excellent.
