Schrade Update #148: Estate 2.0 Announcement + Roulette News

Heya Heya totally not succumbed to madness Schrade here~ I have quite the bombshell news for today so if you are interested in the future of the Schrade Patreon read below.

Here to give an update about the big project set for this month, Which is the Bondage Estate CYOA, As well as the monthly roulette that is the Bondage Chess Roulette! Lets start with the roulette first since that's a shorter update.

Bondage Chess has started, Its a game to play with another person but you can fantasize too or play against a chessbot. The rules are applied when you lose a piece and there will be various rulesets to each piece lost and the type lost. Supporter rewards will feature more rules to this that is themed around various fetish themes. i have to admit its been slow there yet due to me working on the CYOA but yes I shall be releasing it before the month ends!

As for the bigger fish to fry

The bondage Estate CYOA has gone through a wave of updates that makes me chuckle with how ridiculously big its getting. This might be due to me handling a bigger concept, but I feel yea. I underestimated the time it took to finish this CYOA, Especially since im trying to gun for an interactive release that is being developed at the same time as the static for ya'll's convenience. It only has roughly 1 Location's worth of stuff left to be done because it took a while for me to finalize number related things, you know us rabbits, good at multiplying but not addition it seems AHAHA. but yea allow me to explain the CYOA's formula and lets see how long it makes the post.

We start the CYOA by choosing a lifepath. We have them as accessibility features as well as for making your own story in the CYOA. You can start with the path of nepostism, the easy mode where everything is handed to you, then the path of curiosity, that is the "normal" mode as I intended the CYOA to play with, a story about discovering the estate and being given an invitation, and the hard more, Path of Penitence, where you join the estate due to your massive debts and you are forced to start the game with the minimum amount of resources you can.

Whatever you choose, you are given Privilege Points, Estate Ranking (which is split into 6 ranking based on the 6 guilds. Maid, Object, Rogue, Pet, Harlot, and Doll) and Estate Eurofrancs. The currency. These are essential for play as the goal of the CYOA is to take on bondage jobs and train under the 6 guilds.

When you arrive in the Bondage Estate you will be given a map with 10 areas to visit here is the map.

 This is the Grand Estate Map. You can visit any location at the start but you will be first invited for the orientation at the Dormitorium, Where you can learn that there are 6 Main guilds in the estate, You can join these guilds by ranking up in the guild and getting promoted. after getting a role in a guild, you will be able to get a job in the estate. These jobs provide currency and you will also be able to acquire perks that will permanently help you in your bondage journey in the estate.

You are encouraged to visit and join each guild and find work in their locations. Once you have suitable currency, you can then purchase cool amenities that will make your stay in the bondage estate more fun and comfortable, We have the Clinic, where you can modify your body and acquire cyberware designed for bondage, then we have the Gardens, where you can pay to match with a partner that can serve as your master and slave, then the dorms, where you can unlock amenities and services in the dorms that will make your life more comfortable.

The goal of this CYOA is to well, Live the bondage live you desire. You are only limited in choice over a few things, Like time, every action you take takes time, and it will be up to you to take as much time as you want in your stay in the estate. whether it would take between 5-30 years if you want. and the CYOA has plenty of choices for you to mix and match your ideal bondage lifestyle in the setting that have quite alot of story and character into it. You can simply work hard to get the choices you life to have, or work harder to acquire a sizable retirement package for your payout upon retirement, which serves as the ending of this CYOA.

Well then, Thats a mouthful eh. I am trying my best to get this ambitious CYOA out this month in an alpha form. My plans for this CYOA is quite a few so I'll lay it out.

This CYOA will be in pre-release from Alpha to Beta and the static and beta builds will be released semi publicly for testing. (I do not plan to release it as a WIP in reddit, I would prefer releasing 1.0 rather than a beta) I need all the playtesting I get to refine the numbers and bugs for this project, but when the time comes and I finish this project. The Patreon will be having the Full release build early, as well as a new feature I will roll out.

The Static non interactive version will be released as well and is estimated to be below 60 pages. But might have missing pages in the Alpha Builds due to lore pages not being finalized.

I call this feature, the Expansion Pass series. Behold

 Its another map AHHAHA. I have prepared 16 Expansion packs that guarantee support for this CYOA with a flow of content for 1-2 years. It is something I have been thinking for a while as I have done something like this before with my Rental Retainers CYOA.

Each expansion pack contains a new Sub-Guild with its own set of perks, as well as expansions to existing choices that vary per pack, Like an expansion for Partners, Body Modifications, and Job Deployments. But what is consistent will be the sub guilds per pack, as well as a 12 set of new jobs themed around the bondage estate you visit.

We have seen them in last month's roulettes. But I plan to introduce expansions that supplement the base CYOA in a monthly basis that will be polled. These expansion passes will be patreon exclusive FOR 1 MONTH before it will be publicly released the next expansion pack releases. These expansion builds will be released for the Supporter Plus Tier that will be increased to 3$ a month, I know this is a big change but I think that is what this project needs to be supported, and since it will be released publicly in the next month. It is for people to support my CYOA content as the Rabbit takes a lot of time to make a big CYOA. I hope patrons understand if that influences your decision for the supporter plus tier then I understand. I apologize for that in advance. This feature is planned to be rolled out on a full release of the Bondage Estate CYOA, Which will be August I guess. but if we manage to get it to a full release in July, then that would be better. It relies on if the CYOA needs more testing.

Uhh yea thats alot of news eh, so allow me to recap

1. Bondage Chess Roulette will be released at the end of the month

2. Bondage Estate CYOA 2.0 ALPHA release planned at the end of the month. I apologize for the time it took, this is the biggest project I have made thats related to the Patreon. The release will be open to free members as well due to the necessity of testing its feature.

3. Once the CYOA/Interactive is finished. The full build will be released on patreon early as a pre-release.

4. Bondage Estate CYOA will be receiving monthly expansion packs starting August (estimated). Patrons of the Supporter Plus tier will be receiving early access to the new expansion builds.

The latest expansion build will be released publicly after 1 month

5. Supporter Plus tier will have its price increased by 1$ (3$ per month tier) starting august. The payment plan will be moved subscription billing as well.

6. The Monthly Roulette cycle is unaffected. This is a new branch of content I will offer to my patreon that I feel is something cool that I want to do as this CYOA is very fun and interesting to me, I think it is worth adding expansion content into it in a well paced manner. I will still be doing smaller projects inbetween the CYOA and Roulette cycles.

I haven't really stopped working on the bondage estate CYOA for months now and it honestly makes me wonder why I haven't finished it yet. but I know it is close to completion for an alpha. and I hope you bunnies are patient with me for this as yea. I am also going to post the CYOA with a source link with all images used for the project in a listed fashion in a google sheet. It is something the artists featured deserve as credit is where credit is due, and I couldnt make content without them so It's quite hard due to the sheer amount of images the project features now, but I shall also do that so readers can see where I gotten the images from and so they can support the artists in turn as well.
