Weekly Update No. 61 Spooky News

Heya Bunnies, It's that ghastly time of the month, Yup It's the middle, How scary that in a blink of an eye it's already mid-month. Got a few developments for today but stuff is still placeholder due to me figuring out what ideas are better. But the Poll results for the "Routes" in the roulette is out, So let's go!

This is it, Lemme set the scene then

Stealth Route is a route where you need to sneaaakily steal all required items in certain rooms of the house so you can unlock the locked front door. Since this is stealth you need to make sure to try your best to not get wrangled up in one of the rooms~

Obedience Route is a route where you obey a masked figure through an earpiece. Where he guides you to several challenges prepared by him in the mansion, Will you fall to depravity or will you beat his challenge to win your freedom!

Corruption Route is a route where you need to visit monsters in the mansion to mate with them. After gathering the seed of 4 monsters, Then only will the house will accept you as it's permanent resident~

Yup. With the current draft, Each route will comprise of 4 main "Item Acquisition" tasks with a potential 3-5 "escape" tasks. As stated in the last weekly update, You only have 3 lives but don't worry, You can only lose lives in Escape tasks.

The expansions will feature a new mini area featuring 3 main tasks with 3 escape tasks, The area is still being thought upon but i think the Basement, Attic and guesthouse will be the best ones with new routes related to them, Maybe the cut poll losers as I made assets for them but I might think of new ones. Fun stuff to come, Coming soon hehe

Conclusion

News seems slow today but next week I'll probably think of more info for the expansions. But for now I'm working on trying to make a finalized map as everyday i keep changing it haha, Maybe next week I can preview the header image with the game map as I write along the weeks. But I am excited. I am a fan of Escape type stories as I like projecting myself to the poor hapless protagonist to be corrupted. I think basing the story off horror movie tropes would be fun but I need to also not overdo it as I want the project to be more sexy than scary hehe.
