Weekly Update No.20 The Mansion's Kinks

Heya Patrons Schrade Here! Anyways slow week today right haha. A lot of time to think and develop the Mansion's internal logic and gameplay. The polls are still ongoing but the winners are quite clear :D So with that i have accounted 6 bad endings and 1 good ending. Anyways new exciting stuff i wanna tell you all today here it is

The Mansion's Kinks
The Count's Domain is quite large and work assignment for maids are given each day. So you roll 1 time for the area you will be working in. Once given the area you are to roll 4 times for your workload. You shall be working in Morning, noon, sundown and evenings. The tasks will be hopefully quite simple for this roulette as i am trying to reduce text amounts cuz i feel like smaller paragraphs to read will be better than my usual... well walls of text

Day/Night Modifier
There will be day and night modifiers that can affect your tasks. Day tasks are the main body of the story and will give the standard rewards for doing the task. But each area changes at night and you are to continue working despite the nightly hazards of each area. The Exact explanation for each area's hazard at night will be explained next weekly update as the final list of areas are still not yet applied. Anyways at night you need to a harder version of the day task and there will be more rewards at night. Which can be a boon or a curse.

Punishment System: Maid's Penance
The Count has entrusted you to be under the care of the Head Maid. The head maid is a mysterious woman that has worked for the count for generations. She holds a very traditional and extremely stern way for managing the Maids. If any maid recieves a complaint from her managers she will be punishing you with the "Maid's Penance" A passive task that maids must endure even while working. These are enforced by her magic and managers.

These Penances are made to be simple passive tasks depriving you of your freedom or meant to punish you by modifying all your tasks even more. Each penance lasts a week and cannot be removed. All 6 available penances can be active at once and does not conflict each other. If this were a video game i'd give you an achievement for having all active ahaha. Actually having optional game modes are in my mind.. Like a mode where you can only do night tasks or a mode where all penances are active... maybe..? hehe

In conclusion yea it's gonna be a fun week writing this in full. I only wrote about 50% at the moment and constructed the roulette's body. I'm really trying for a simple roulette but the ideas in my head are too aggressive. I have this internal drive of making things complex i guess -_- sorry for the text wall once again.
