Hmm, how's this one? One of the mane six has a dream of kissing Nightmare Moon. Over the next few nights they start losing time and ponies start disappearing. Pones NMM host had been talking to the day before. Turns out NMM is using their new host to play wish master, making ponies' dreams come true in the most horrific and deadly way she can come up with.

2022-10-07 03:21:36 +0000 UTCI'll try my luck with this: It's been several months since the Dazzlings got defeated. Sonata has secretly become good friends with Fluttershy. She invites Fluttershy to a 'special' costume Halloween party. Fluttershy declines of course, but after Sonata keeps bugging her, Fluttershy finally accepts. Dressed as a vampire she attends the party with Sonata who simply goes barely clothed in her humanoid siren form. The party turns out to be far more adult in nature than Fluttershy expected with everyone wearing sexy (and unbelievably realistic) costumes of mythological creatures, like satyrs, harpies and so on. Fluttershy has quite an eerie feeling and wants to leave, but Sonata calms her down. Fluttershy soon loses sight of Sonata who had spotted a friend 'from the good old days' and gets the unwanted attention of a male centaur. Feeling uncomfortable and trying to avoid the unwanted advances from the male centaur, Fluttershy stumbles back into a woman wearing either a ultra realistic looking succubus, drider or lamia costume. The woman immediately shoo away the centaur, saving the distressed Fluttershy. They start to talk and connect over a few glasses of sweet tasting liquid. Soon things get more steamy between them, before Fluttershy finally finds out she was the only one wearing a costume at the party. Not that she minds anymore as her new acquaintance helps her deal with the sudden realisation in a 'sexy' and unique way by fucking and transforming Fluttershy into one of her own kind.

Throw in a pinch of survivors guilt, trauma, and a hint of mystery? I'm kinda spitballing to be honest, what do you think?

All over equestria random quite spots ( no sound can be heard in these spots ) appear for a short time, in that time pony’s spontaneously disappear then reappear in another location seeming different somehow , discord and princes decide to investigate, leading them to a few deeply disturbing realizations.
