The devious look that Tiefling gave is so classic.
Captain Dauntless may learn the harsh thing I had to when I first began playing D&D. The party is like my legs: Any splits may sound like a good idea while you're in the moment, but once you've committed, you'll be in a world of pain and it'll be hard for you to stand back up.
The only thing we split now is gold.
