2025-07-08 06:19:35 +0000 UTCI know y'all are way past this episode now, but I think the whole thing with Amaya and the guys at the end proves how Ace was slandering her name and misinterpreting her intentions to all the guys. Every single one of them acted so "scared" of Amaya, thought she intentionally argued with Chelley to ruin the whole 'yoga date', called her crazy and even y'all thought she was about to pop off on Taylor and start yelling... just for her to be so calm & sweet when honestly she didn't have to (because the "try hard" diss was rude & incorrect). This is turning point when we start to see that Amaya is actually a sweet heart she just has big emotions. Also, if you notice at the end of her conversation with Taylor she calls him "my love" and there were a few other instances by this point where she calls people "my love" "babe" or "baby" proving that she really does use pet names for everyone, and it wasn't because she was trying to close things off with Ace super fast.

I wouldn’t say he was wrong for hugging Chelley, but I feel like him & Amaya could have had that conversation about it if she wasn’t emotional during their chat

So that they can plan the order in which everyone picks. You are not allowed to change your choice. Also it has been stated that production can not tell you who to pick but they can suggest.

They are end game .

The anger was misplaced and should’ve been redirected towards the person she’s in a couple with. I also find it very contradictory that Amaya expected Chelley to tell her about her connection with Ace when she still has yet to tell Chelley about her and Austin’s kiss. Very hypocritical.

2025-06-18 15:32:30 +0000 UTCbecause you guys have only seen season 6 you won't get this comparison but Ace picking Amaya reminds me of Dami from UK S8. he knew who he wanted in the end but also wanted to take advantage of the "Love Island experience" which is why he did what he did in casa just to go right back to Indiyah, who he was with before casa (and soon they'll be celebrating 3 years)

2025-06-18 11:03:02 +0000 UTCnah Amaya was in the wrong when it comes to Chelley imo because why does the OG have to tell you, the bombshell, that she's continuing to build the connection she had before you even got here and knew about? especially if Ace has already told her. her anger was absolutely misplaced and she just used the fact that she and Chelley hadn't spoken about their individual connections with Ace as an excuse to come at her. mind you, Amaya kissed the man Chelley's been in a couple with since day 1 and never told her about the kiss... doesn't matter that they were in a friendzone at the time, she didn't know that and even if she did, they moved out of the friendzone so why not tell her then?
