As it was a topic they brought up a lot this ep….no spoilers I promise🤍. As far as the fan voting, I voted. I remember at the time that fans were split on Leah, she was gaining favoritism by far, but her hate was also abundant asf. So it definitely was based off of them being compatible. Not the most compatible tho, as it’s prefaced there’s no particular order. I voted for Serena and Kordell at the time, but that’s the pov of fans then from my perspective. Jana was chosen because personally fans liked her, and were split on Kenny. If I’m not mistaken, when I clicked Serena and Kordell, Jana and Kenny weren’t high up with votes. So they made enough votes to be safe, but it wasn’t to the effect of fans voting just for Jana. As she was the favorite at the time, meaning she would’ve theoretically gotten way more votes than what I remember seeing (if you also voted please correct me if wrong, but I’m pretty sure they weren’t high up with the votes then). Lastly, Sophie is right as far as core people not being eliminated typically. This is because for one, the show was filmed in Fiji. Allowing for a 19 hour time difference essentially. Meaning the show has a 24 hour turnaround. The cast is filmed 24 hours a day. This lets us basically see what’s happening in real time. It’s also why emotions constantly change, people get pinned to their mistakes, etc. As well as the reason why fans don’t tend to vote out core people, nor islanders. Everything is already established, in a setting with no external influence. So ofc it’ll be hard to get any core people out, and harder for anyone coming in late to make a serious impression. Mair you clocked the production, everything you said is basically what they did. Can’t wait for casa, and the results 🤣 the reaction will go crazy. I’m so excited !

Essentially they're working overtime to form a connection and a ticket into the main villa. How the islanders choose to move its all up to them. The next few episodes is going to be peak love island. They had to stand behind who theyve known longer and formed friendships with. At this point amaerica was more than furious cause once again our goal was to send Rob and LiV out the door and producer found a way to keep them by forcing the islanders hands. Mair...glad you caught yourself before going any farther brother cause yes while america will always vote for their favs regardless of what the voting is for, leah and miguel, jana and kenny has potential and chemistry we saw. We werent just voting for popularity. They deserve to be there compare to rob and liv sorry not sorry. Giving rob qnd liv track record it seems Anyone coupling with those two is setting themselves up to get dumped lol...you would think the bombshell that came in would be smarter giving rob history and how the public don't like him. Sophie you're always spot on. Can't wait for Casa, whewww I hope yall ready.

I understand Leah’s reasoning but I probably would’ve stood behind Cassidy at that point just to show her some support. Liv even whispered she hopes Leah stands behind Cassidy - just wish she would’ve let her know that. Anyway, CASA CASA CASA!
