I will say.....This is the best spider-man movie😆 there no other way to put it. It's objectively good from beginning to end, no scene was dragged out for a long amount of time, every scene contributed to something, the scene didn't exist just to fill up time. That's what I like about the Sam rami, Tobey maguire spider-man more than all the variations. And there is two big storylines (I know there are than two but let's focus on just two) that happened in this movie, and those two storylines we have Peter Parker origin and the green goblin origin in the same movie and it flows and compliments each other fluently. When has a superhero movie has two origins that happened in the same movie? I literally can't think of one. Most movies in current time has the hero self contained story in one movie and have a villain self contained story in another movie and they put both characters in a third or fourth or fifth movie together. Im not a big fan of that because the director has to make the villain in their own self contained movie to be something they are not, and that's being an anti-hero to try to make the character relatable and likable to an audience, news flash! real villains can be likable and accepted by the people, you don't have to force this anti-hero crap in every villain. My bad ya'll I kinda went on a rant just now but the first spider-man movie is 20 out of 10, best superhero movie on God's green earth. And watching this as a kid made me look up to Tobey maguire, he was my hero!
