She burned the masters, that's fine, they were slavers, she burned the Dothraki at Vais Dothrak, that's fine they were trying to keep her there and were threatening to kill and rape her, she burned the Lannister army, that's fine it's war and they were an army that would have taken up arms against her. She burned the Tarleys, that felt a little unnecessary but many other characters good and bad killed their enemies. I don't know where Dany has shown she just enjoys burning people without having a good reason.
