Actually, Tyrion sent Cercei's daughter Marcella to Dorne to be safe from the invasion of Stannis. Since Stannis was defeated it would be safe for her to return to King's Landing. But Tyrion also made a pact that Marcella would marry the son of Prince Oberyn's brother, the ruler of Dorne, for an alliance with Dorne. So, they can not just break up this mariage, because it would also break the alliance. So Marcella can not just leave Dorne again.
