But no, Jaime is genuinely wanting Brienne to find Sansa and keep her safe. He even gave her the sword he got that was made from Ned Starks sword, and armor, and asked her to bring Podrick to protect him from being killed. Tyrion told Podrick he needed to get out of kings landing quickly, this is Jaime's solution to that issue. He's helping Tyrion's squire. When Cersei asked him to kill Sansa, that conflicted with the oath he'd made to Cat. Honor compelled him to protect Sansa so he made sure Brienne had the tools to do it. The thing with Brienne and Cersei is, Cersei often brings out the worst in him, but Brienne centers him and reminds him of the kind of person he wants to be. Also, a lot of people miss this but Brienne naming her sword "Oathkeeper" was a name inspired by Jaime. Jaime was often called "kingslayer and an oathbreaker" so her looking at him and calling the sword "Oathkeeper" after he gave it to her to keep his oath, was signififcant. Especially considering in the start of the season, Brienne was telling Jaime he still had an oath to keep, and now Jaime is keeping that oath.
