Lol Sophie's suspicious heart. You have such awesome chemistry together and it's so fun to watch these. But yeah poor Gandy he's a great wizard cut him a little slack :D he is very old and wise and has had many experiences. Like Chris said he doesn't have foresight like the elves can have but he has developed a highly tuned gut instinct

He doesn't for sure know how its actually going to end or any specific details I think he just kind of has gut feelings. I understand why youre splitting your reactions, but this movies first half you are right is mostly set up for what is to come, so watching in 2 parts is definitely a different experience than doing it all in one sitting.
