Hank knew because he went to stake out Saul’s office after Steve Gomez told Hank that he needed to pull his guy’s off of watching Jesse & Saul. Jesse left Saul’s office after beating the crap out of Saul, all the while Hank was staking out Saul’s office. He then told Jesse he’s been following him since Jesse left Saul’s office, which of course ended up at Walter’s home.
