Favors in Japanese business culture, Yukino's photobook event, Tokyo Pien surprise, Miho's weekend of live events...

I go on at the beginning about why I was late with this post, as I had wanted to share it a lot sooner. I was busy working on Kosame's new song with Kalin. Then I also discuss favors and business culture in Japan and how doing something nice for somebody doesn't mean they'll even remotely consider doing anything back for you here, despite what you may read on the internet about Japanese people being massively indebted to you after you've done something for them. Maybe... but my experience is that it's kind of true but more often than not, I haven't seen the effects of being the kind person that I am when I give out favors to people I work with. And it's somewhat confusing and frustrating and yet another thing I, as a stupid gaijin in Japan, don't quite get while working here. Meh.
Also, I do talk about fun stuff... Yukino's photobook event, which went extremely well. I also go over in detail the weekend of Miho's trio of events at Akiba Colors, including good old down and dirty EMOMOMOx7 live (they tore everybody apart and devastated our idol hearts with their insanity on Sunday night). Annnnnnnd, I had a very funny and somewhat crazy encounter with... who else.... Tokyo Pien. It's all in the post below. Enjoy!

After more being a silent listener for the last three or four episodes, i am back. In most cases i write my comments during work breaks... and the last weeks it was stressful as hell so the "i´ll do it later" effect happened. But now i have something to comment too. Actually i do think favours should be the most natural thing in the world. One hand washes the other. And especially Japan should live that because their whole culture is the way it is BECAUSE of community. All these weird behaviours are because they try not to hurt the peace inside the community. So i just don´t understand why some venue owners actually refuse to do a little favor to you. But the HKP Girls showed the most heartwarming way this still exists. You´re right. You really live for moments like this. I´m also glad Miho is doing better. Since two days have passed it also makes me happy to hear that you got a gig at Heavens Door with Miho and Kosame. For Kosame it has potential to become a home venue. For Miho i am curious what you have in mind. But i think the audience loves different types of idols and music. I remember the only stream ever last year a lot of entertaining and delightfully crazy artists played. This really could become fun. What really amused me that people from all pictures of Yukinon were fond the most of the Matcha Latte picture.... Is this an omen of things to come? :-P In any case it´s cool it was a successful event. I also can´t wait for my book to arrive... it will make a cool christmas present for myself. Thanks for always filming Mihos and Kosames Shows, it really gives such a good impression additional to the podcasts. It´s always a joy to see them both perform. Both are so amazing. Speaking of... Since we running towards christmas do you have some ideas how to make Miho and Kosame cool gifts. Miho surely has some Disney favorites but i have no idea how to excite Kosame, or what gift could give her joy. It would be cool if you have some inspiration. For you it´s pretty easy too but if you have something on your mind it´s a good time to give suggestions too. Have a great weekend. See ya.
