STAR WARS watch order: suggestions needed!
Added 2024-12-19 16:36:23 +0000 UTCAlright, we've done 4-6, 1-3, Rogue One, and now I am finishing up 7 (to be posted on the channel soon!) What should be the watch order moving forward? This should include the TV shows, too. Feel free to post in comments or send me a DM.

Finish the movies first, including "Solo." After that I think the T.V. series in order of internal chronology, so "The Acolyte," "Obi-Wan Kenobi," "Andor," "The Mandalorian," "Ahsoka," and finally "The Book of Boba Fett" seems to feel right to me, but the last two could easily be swapped. Of these I think "The Mandolorian" is required viewing, because without it none of the others would exist. As to the others: The Acolyte is an intriguing story from before the Fall of the Republic; Obi-Wan Kenobi is a story of the cost of failure and the possibility of hope; Andor is a dark tale of "Freedon-Fighters" and what the Rebellion cost its members; Ahsoka is a martial-arts tale of a student becoming a master; and finally The Book is a spin-off from the Mandalorian.
