"Jaws' is undoubtedly the better movie, it is a landmark in movie history, cemented Steven Spielberg's status as a movie-maker, one of the most rounded heroes in modern cinema, and three of the best actors no one talks about. "An American Werewolf in London" has some of the best practical special effects ever captured for the screen, some genuinely scary moments, the best pop musical soundtrack before pop musical sountracks were a thing, a British cast that is still recognized today, it is a black comedy with its tongue planted so far in its cheek it is obscene. I have voted for Werewolf just because I know Jaws will win.
