Cozy Lights - Mod Kit (Public Release)
First, my Cozy Lights Mod Kit is now available publicly! You can download it today here and check out the post for more info on the kit. Enjoy :)

Pro Build - Mod [UPDATE 4.0]
Next, my Pro Build Mod has just been updated! It features a fresh grid look in build/buy mode, inspired by my game dev life-sim demo from a few years ago.
This mod lets you do several things: extend roof heights and slopes (almost unlimited), add a new roof swatch with roof windows, place more mannequins and elevators on a lot, use functional base-game elevators, place objects more precisely on walls, refresh the design of gizmos (those build arrows and visual elements), and enjoy a new grid design!

New redesigned grid in Build/Buy Mode
Build/Buy gizmos refresh extended to all gizmos (used to be only for the walls and colmun heights)
Base Game Elevators bug fixes
Ceiling Tiles have been discontinued (it's now officially possible to paint the ceilings in TS4!) as well as custom blocks that would flag your build as CC/modded on the gallery
In the future, the ProBuild Mod may be split to remove CC elevators (and the roof swatch) and include them in a new Build/Buy mod pack. Stay tuned!

Stunning Screens (NEW Gradient Loading Screen)
Over 4 years ago, I put out a mod called "Stunning Screens" that would give you custom animated loading screens, there were 6 of them. You might have seen online the news/leak that new official loading screens are coming to the game in a patch update, and most custom modded loading screens aren't working anymore.
I decided to refresh the Stunning Screens mod completely, and I'd like to create new custom loading screens when this patch update is out! In the meantime, I'm releasing a clean colour gradient screen. Stay tuned for new ones in the future :)

How to Install
Download the files attached to this post: "Arnie - Stunning Screens (Gradient).package" and "Arnie - ProBuild 4"
Place them in your Mods folder (and make sure you enable mods in the game's settings)
Also make sure you have removed the old versions of my mods from your Mods folder!

Please note that I work exclusively on MacOS and that the new DirectX11 update on Windows has changed the way graphics work between platforms, it's possible that you experience a visual glitch on windows that isn't visible on my Mac! So if you can, please provide a screenshot or a visual description in the bug reports!

Mods and Projects News
Regarding my ongoing projects and schedule, I plan to focus on The Sims modding until at least the beginning of 2025. This will allow me to update my mods, remake my website with a dedicated mods homepage and support page, and release new mod kits/packs!
I love being back in The Sims community--it has given me so much energy and motivation, and I LOVE creating these mod packs for you! But OMG, I forgot how much work and dedication it takes! Currently, I have about five work-in-progress mod kits/packs. Thank you for staying positive and patient with the mod updates. Fixing mods has always been a source of stress, but I’ve learned new ways to make my mods more stable and patch-proof, and I hope this will make a difference :)
Also, I’ve already received many questions about the return of Plumfruit, and I'd like to let you know I’m still discussing the update of the original mod with MizoreYukii (who asked to adopt it when I left a few years ago), and I’ll let you know what we decide in the coming weeks. But rest assured, the Plumfruit brand has not said its last word…

You'r stunningScreens is stunning but unfortunately messes up the loading screen when a new lot is placed from the gallery. (The issue persists with only this .package file and after repairing the game)

Now I want to tell you that I am glad that you returned with a readiness to create. And that is why I suggest you concentrate on the following. Scratch the code of the game the sims 4 and find out if the system can be used as a layout for shopping centers. If so, implement it if possible. Then think that you will be able to create an injector that would work without delays in the game with old mods. Like you know, you installed mods and click on the sim and a delay of 10 seconds or more appears right away. And if you are interested, then make a mod to replace mobile phones through phone cases from ea. Like each sim can have its own phone model from iphone to xiomi. Of course, this is just a suggestion and I do not demand anything from you in any case. You can do this if you want, and if you don't want, then it's your decision. And yes, unfortunately, when people don't want it, it affects the entire Sims community and every modder. Because if you don't try, then others don't give a damn and release nonsense. Of course, you're not Jesus to care about this. But I think you should think about it. And also think about a mod that would be similar to the mod from Turbodriver. But the main idea is not lust. But to make Sims more alive and flexible and variable. Like gameplay animations. For example, a Sim is standing in the kitchen leaning on a kitchen cabinet. They drink coffee and look through the feed on a social network. And so that there were moodlets and so that they themselves could choose an action for the Sim with a phone in this so-called pose. Or a Sim in the kitchen chatting with another Sim next to the kitchen cabinet. And you, as a player, clicked on the cabinet, an icon of your mod appeared there, for example, love.
