I'M BACK !

I have been away for almost a year, and now is the time for me to come back! I needed a break to think about my future as a developer and even more so as an artist, and I had to navigate significant life changes and issues. Thank you for allowing me this time to breathe.
Since then, I’ve moved back to France where I grew up, and I have used this precious time off to take care of my physical and mental health (discovered I very likely have ADHD, which explains A LOT LMAO), but also took some time to create and do other things I love : I worked with my partner in filmmaking, for clients in graphic design, I wrote fictional stories, painted, worked on my music, created paintings/posters, and even did some volunteer work with my new local community. All that really helped me to get back on tracks, and understand what I want to do next...
To begin this new chapter and go back to work in the best possible conditions, I realised that I needed to keep working on various projects that excite me everyday, and not just one. Most importantly projects that I can actually finish in shorter periods of time, so I can share them with you and keep my community (and myself!!!) active.
While working on my first indie game “Meowseum Project”, I’ve really missed being able to release something for players to enjoy… anything! When I was still doing sims mods, two and a half years ago, that was probably what kept me excited about what I do, and I’d like to go back to working like that.
I’ve also been struggling with the Unity Engine company’s policies, and the fact that my whole life and career depends on just one greedy company's decisions doesn’t go right with me at all. That's why I want to diversify what I do. I don’t want to just go back to sims modding solely, because I’m scared of getting burnt out again. But I need to come back to something where I can actually release projects on a regular basis, smaller projects that have an end and that I can put out there for good… that is what’s going to keep me up and motivated, otherwise I don’t feel like I’ll be able to finish bigger projects.

That’s why I’ve decided to return to the Sims community and modding!
But that’s not all, I’ll also continue working on other creative projects alongside my mods, and share them here!

In order to do all of that, I came up with a solution that I hope will be better for myself and all of you:
🛠️ Sims Modding : I will be releasing new mods and start updating my older ones in the following weeks, starting with a new mod kit and a few mod updates next week. Then I’ll be creating on a regular new CC mod packs/kits (with hopefully more stable or smaller functions, so I don't get overwhelmed with patch updates breaking them as much as before).
🐱Meowseum Project : I’ll keep working on my own indie game, which I have been turning into a slightly different project than initially thought, more about that soon!
🎨 Graphic Design / Painting : I’ll be sharing high definition downloadable posters I made, mixing painting/drawing and graphic design! I've only done a few them already :)
🎻 Other projects : And I’ll also work on other stuff I love like storywriting, music, video, or design, which I’ll also be able to share with you here!
I hope this (once again) big change is ok with you, that it all goes well, and that it will keep me motivated to do and share what I love to do, creating. A rebranding is coming soon as well!

ADHD can cause the worst of times but when it clicks with what you love to do it becomes a super power. You can hyper focus, feel happy, motivated and when your in control you don't get as overwhelmed.

I really don't like playing without it and probably would have quit if it stopped working. It's so aesthetically pleasing with so much attention to detail. To find out you're back is amazing. Can also relate to and understand the difficulties of ADHD and being a creator. What ever it is you release I'm sure will be quality.
