Today is officially my last day as a Mod Creator in the Sims Community, and I couldn’t leave without saying a proper goodbye. That’s why I’m releasing today these mods and updates:

🗽🌃 Brookheights Legacy

Brookheights is BACK through a final update, with a much (much) simpler way of experiencing this New York inspired city in your game… Thanks to a brand new Multi-purpose Modded Lot, available to download directly from the Gallery!

How does it work?

Just put the « Brookheights Legacy.package » file in your mods folder, and then either download the Lot from the gallery, or use my save file (which includes Amos, Amelia and their family).

Then, on the Lot, you will find many venues in a unique Brookheights style (which brings me personally lots of nostalgia). The venues included on this lot are:

• Simmart Supermarket: A small store that sells all sorts of things, from veggies to upgrade parts, but also new drinks I created!
• Brookheights Infinity Gym: A gym with a pool on the rooftop that offers a Membership Card which allows you to fast-travel to Brookheights anytime!
• Park: a beautiful park which includes a wedding venue, a concert area, kids playground, and other activities!
• Brookheights Grand Hotel Luxury Suite: a suite located on top of a skyscraper that offers a gorgeous view on the Statue of Freedom
• Center Perk Café: a bar inspired by a famous place from a TV show I'm sure you can guess... Located right next to the Simmart Supermarket
• Outdoor Food Court: thanks to the modded venue, no need to hire staff members, they automatically open their Market/Food Stalls 24/7, for you to enjoy some delicious meals!
• Misc Activities Building: a place for the young sims to gather in order to play games, practice arts, and even some music in the Studio upstairs!
• Amos and Amelia are BACK: I really couldn't leave without telling the end of their story, so they are now reunited with their family (their parents were secret agents and were in hiding! Also Amos is now engaged to the wonderful Jeremy Watts.

Questions and Answers

How to install? It's super simple, just put the .package file in your mods folder, and then download either the lot from the gallery or use my save file. Download links below!

Why a 64x64 Lot and not a world? I absolutely wanted Brookheights to come back before I left the community, but didn't know how to provide something as stable as possible for the future... And after failing miserably times and times again to remake this mod pack because of how huge it was (and how broken it became after many patch updates), I felt like the right decision was to make it way smaller, but keep the original feel to it, in favor of stability. Same thing is happening with Farmland Legacy (see down below).

🗽🌃 🌱🚜 🏳️‍🌈⌚️PRYDE x Plumfruit

PRYDE x Plumfruit (or Plumfruit Part 3) is my last Mod Kit release! It's a collaboration between Plumfruit and a new fictional brand of mine: PRYDE. A colorful brand that celebrates the LGBTQ+ community in its products! This mod kit is completely separate from Plumfruit, and can be used without the need to have it, standalone.

This mod features new items:

• A functional Smart Watch: use this smart watch to workout thanks to the new fitness app, make calls, manage the lights of your smart home, but most of all, it's an item that brings style to your sims. Two bracelet swatches, one is black, the other one is colorful. And there are four watch faces to choose from. Tip: buy the smart watch from the Catalog, put it in your inventory, and choose the "customize in CAS" interaction to add the bracelet or face you want from the CAS (the watch is under the bracelets category)
• Two new Futuristic Computers: the PlumMac Studio Gaming is an ultra wide screen computer, available in three swatches: gray, black, and black with PRYDE colors on the logo. The other computer is the PlumMac Future, a gorgeous desktop machine inspired from an Apple Mac concept I saw a few years ago. Touch Bar included!
• PRYDE Orb Light: a colorful rounded light inspired by my own other fictional brand; LUX Lights!
• PRYDE x Plumfruit Shirts: 3 new swatches of shirts are available in CAS, featuring the new colorful gradient Plumfruit logo, and the PRYDE logo! Available for both Masculine and Feminine body types.
• New Plumfruit Logo Lamp: and finally, a new wall logo lamp, which features the new logo of the Plumfruit x PRYDE collab.

🗽🌃 🌱🚜 Farmland Legacy

Farmland is back for a final update, and just like Brookheights Legcay, it now uses a 64x64 Lot to play on. New gardening items, new features, see it all down below:

• Simmart Supermarket: the supermarket is also coming to Farmland, with the ability to purchase rare seeds, veggies, fruits, and new drinks I created! You can also sell your items from the store thanks to the crafts sales table.
• New Gardening Items: I have created new gardening/farming items that look better than the originals. Such as: new Vintage Water Sprinkler, allowing you to water your plants on a large radius, new planter boxes thinner that EA's with colorful swatches, new Storage Chest that you can label in order to stock your harvested produce, and more!
• Play with George: George is coming back, and is living on this new Farmland Legacy Lot! Play with him and help him manage his farm directly at home (Original house created by the one and only Kate Emerald). 
• Discontinued features: In order to keep it as stable as possible, Farmland had to let go of some features including: Eden Hills Semi-Open world replaced with a 64x64 Lot, Functional Tractors replaced with Decorative Tractors, horseback riding is no longer available, and the story mode has been removed.

🗽🌃 🌱🚜🌍🛠 World Edit (Definitive Edition)

And finally, World Edit is now available as a Definitive Edition! No new features are available, some of them were removed for stability improvements (such as the terrain painting off lot). World Edit allows you to add some objects off lot, and even unlock secret ones!
